★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was at the NE Toys R Us location this evening, desperate for a birthday present for my granddaughter. One of the staff working, Nick M., actually sought the opportunity to help. I was impressed with his knowledge of an incredibly broad spectrum of toys and games. He was able to recommend the appropriate toy based on the age of my grand daughter and was very willing to answer my questions. He was very polite, professional, and genuinely interested in meeting the needs of the customer. I would come back any time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought something as it showed available on the website and the guy called the storage to confirm availability and said it is. They even have 5. But when I got at the back for pick up. The storage guy said he couldn't find it and just go ask for a refund. When the lady let them double check in storage now they said it's there. Just wasted my time. I went from CF Market Mall Toys R Us to here as it was available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just left Toys R Us. Crazy busy but I asked a girl for help to locate a couple of specific toys I was looking for and she dropped what she was doing and took care of me. Then the cashier was happy and cheerful and joking around with me when I was paying for my items.
Great experience and great staff,as usual!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped in during the snow storm on Dec. 23rd. Wasn't expecting much but wanted to look for a couple things. Couldn't find them on the shelf in the electronics shelf. Gavin asked me if I needed assistance which I did. He looked like he was just starting his day in the area and noticed I needed help. He went above and beyond in helping me find the products. So much so to check the inventory that he just received in boxes to ensure I got the products I was looking for. As I waited for the manager to bring a product up he continued to assist other customers and then came back promptly when once the manager got there. I will definitely be coming back and hopefully he's working at the time. Gavin was a great help and its's nice to see excellent customer service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update: still my favorite Toys R Us. Nick is still there and always being helpful. He's always willing to check inventory and look in the back.
This is one of the best Toys R Us in town and it's due to the staff here. Often, when asked, they are willing to take the extra step to help you locate a toy or find out if it's coming on the truck. I didn't even know they have the ability until they offered to check for me.
One outstanding team member is Nick. He is always patient and helpful. He is always positive and goes out of the way to help me. Nick never simply responds with no. He always offer solutions and options. I feel like he genuinely enjoys helping people. When I see him in the store, I usually make a beeline to him to ask for help as he always tries. This toys r us is lucky to have him.
In terms of hot items, I have found many such toys here so it's one of my main check-in locations.
