★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store is overly packed with merchandises and big shelves & hanging racks. Very hard to shop. Very hard to roll a double stroller in if you have multiple young kids. The shelves and racks are not safe for kids. This store is waiting for an accident on kids one day and get a lawsuit. Stay away from this store!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My today's experience (08th feb, 2020 around 4:25 pm) at children's place was worst because the sales associate at the billing counter was too rude to respond to our queries. I was there with my husband to return an item that I ordered online. She did the return but the way she responded was very rude. I hope this won't happen with other customers.

Unfortunately I did not know they were outside entrance only (as I've not been before) so in the mall I would of thought the store closed because if I understand the site it says Sunridge Mall . Maybe update site stating outside entrance only. Would be very helpful . Staff was helpful , polite & friendly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Phoned into the store about product availability and the woman answering the phone was VERY helpful and friendly. She saved me a trip elsewhere. I will add to my review after the store visit and my purchase. Her genuine kindness is the main reason I am going to Children's Place and this Sunridge location specifically. Awesome customer service thus far. Potentially good selection of merchandise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very organized and clean. Staff is very friendly. The store manager went above and beyond and made sure we got exactly what we went there for. Highly recommend you go to this store for your children's clothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place for kids shopping. However, Confusing tags. Main tag says 70% off whereas a very small tag in the bottom says 60% off ??
When one asks the till it should be 79% they says no its 60% yes don't want to remove the main tag.
So, we have to pay them extra price.

She listened to me , understood me and very competently went about fulfilling my request. Well-done Donna and well-done Childrens place in hiring and retaining her. Best wishes.
