★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was okay, but they charged me twice for the bubble tea, i showed them my transaction history, but they denied it. The staff doesn't even know English very well, so it is very difficult to make them understand. The experience was quite frustrating!

Staff is rude and dont pay attention to what you ask for.
Asked for chicken and gave us beef.
WTH.
And when asked if its beef they start yelling at us..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had lunch with oldest Son. We had long Shanghai Noodles, salt/pepper chicken, orange chicken and BBQ chicken. It was hot and fresh and tasted pretty good for mall Chinese Food. I enjoyed the experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've never had bad food from here, and its fresh too. I've never received cold food, and they do fill quite a bit onto the plate or into the To Go containers.
I've had beef and chicken from many different chinese food establishments, and they were always super tough to chew. Thankfully, all the meat here, is Cooked and soft, easy to eat. Sometimes there's a little bit of a language barrier, but the staff for the most part, are all really friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my two year old and bought a dinner combo. I asked for an extra plate and setting for my baby as she’s only 2 and always wants to feed herself. After I paid I asked for a spoon to the cashier and she gave me a look then threw the spoon onto the counter. Very rude very unprofessional and I would not recommend this place. Poor service. I understand cost has gone up and if you have to charge me $0.25 for a plastic spoon tell me. Don’t be rude about it and just throw it down. If you are the manager I would think twice about hiring someone this rude.

The "workers" are so rude I thought the reviews are not true but it is. dont ever buy any food there. their food is so disgusting too. the vegetable looks like it has snot in it its so disgusting. We are NEVER I say NEVER EVER going to eat their disgusting food

The team members were polite, and seemed very happy to help us get in and out quickly. Food exceeded our expectations. I would recommend this QSR.
