Freshii - Calgary

The food is great - the menu is standard, so I don't think that is the issue. Honestly, this location seems to be cutting corners with the quantity. I have ordered a few different items, and every time the portions are undersized (compared to other locations). I once ordered a soup and it was legitimately just random vegetables in hot water - not even broth!! At other Freshii locations I feel like you get better value for your money, not at the Sunridge location. I would only suggest stopping here if you are in a bind.

I have been to this location numerous times. The service is hands down the best! The staffs are knowledgeable about the food and will make recommendations and accommodate special requests. The portions are generous and the prices are very reasonable for fresh and healthy food! Above all, the food tastes delicious. I especially like the the Buddha Satay bowl and the Spicy Lemongrass soup! double thumbs up

The lady that served me the other day... Million Stars ☆. She completely remade my dish when I realized there was a to much sauce and she was so polite and super sweet! I appreciate customer service like that!!!

I celebrated my nomination last night in this excellent restaurant. happy to tell that we enjoyed a delightful evening and the restaurant was no doubt the reason for this strong event. The stuff participated in a lovely style, the meals were tasty and my friends were very thrilled. We shall surely visit again for more celebrations. thanks very much.

A healthy fast food option that tastes amazing! I hit this place up at least once every couple days cause its delicious and doesn't leave you feeling like a sack of garbage. Menus always changing, staffs great and quick, and prices are ideal. Skip Big City Fries and feel better at Freshii.

My favourite thing about reading google reviews are the people whose reviews blame the staff. It's a food kiosk in a mall food court... if you felt disappointed, you should probably reevaluate your priorities. FYI, the buddha satay comes mixed if you did your homework (google it or see the pics attached). Some locations prefer not to (Deerfoot location for example). I've been here multiple times and I eat regularly near the store on my lunch breaks. In the 1-2 years it's been opened, I can say they've gone through maybe 20 different staff members, most of whom I've talked to and said they couldn't stand working here. All of their staff are friendly and are always busy doing something while the new guy they hired a couple of months ago is a dud. He doesn't wear the uniform they all wear so I'm guessing he's the manager. Every time I'm on a break, he seems to just leave the store and goes back and forth somewhere. Is he really getting paid for that? It seems like there's only one lady working there while the guy just goes shopping around the mall. Once, I was in line when there was a rush and he just stood there while seeing a line of customers and told his staff hurry what they're doing and take the order. Seems like he's a great asset to the store if you ask me. I love Freshii and the staff are definitely welcoming and up to par, but it's clear the problem is management and not the workers fault. I find myself only ordering there when all the other food stores are busy and I'm in a rush and especially when that guy isn't working (kind of hard since he goes in and out of store randomly all the time). They can't even keep their staff, how do you expect them to keep up good standards for the store? (Also, peep the guy's review where he gave one star and one of his reasons was that they only had vitamin water. You're in a food court...there's drinks everywhere).

I ordered spicy lemongrass soup at this location for takeout. The ingredients looked interesting like rice noodles, cabbage, mushroom etc. I ordered for my husband waiting hungrily at home. When I got home, and opened the container there was everything but SOUP.. Not sure if she forgot to add any soup or maybe it's is supposed to be like that. But such a disappointment, and I paid 12 bucks for a tasteless bowl of random stuff.
