better staff. He's deffinately there just to collect a cheque. I'd give a zero if it was possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give zero stars for service on 22Jan22 at Airdrie store the agent was absolutely no help “saying I cannot do that” so drove to Deerfoot Calgary location and there we were greeted with an absolutely let’s get this done by 2 agents that were personable and worked together to solve the issue. Airdrie will never get my business again!’n

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is a guy that works there (April 4, 2022) with a beard and is as useless as they come. Does the bare minimum, at best, and lacks any client care skills. It is easy to blame Telus as a company for this, but this is a people problem. I would just avoid this store and hope it goes out of business soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been looking for a new unlocked phone for awhile. I had been to three different stores in my search. The staff in these stores made me feel like I was wasting their time, and that I was not important unless I was buying the best model on the floor, and locking into a long-term contract with a different carrier than Telus.
I decided to visit your store today and felt frustrated and unsure about what kind of phone ? to purchase. I was greeted professionally and I felt welcomed. I first talked to Scott and he gave me great information in regards to what kind of phone would be best for me and my needs.
Scott went out of his way to make sure that I got the best value and price in Airdrie.
When I got my new Samsung phone, I asked them to transfer my files and information from my old phone.
Melissa transfered my apps and information to my new phone. She was very nice and I enjoyed talking with her while the transfer was being done. She answered all my questions about my new phone and it's features in a professional and proficient manner.
I also have the Living Well Companion for heath reasons.
While I was there, Neven took the time to ask me about my experiences with the Companion so that I could contribute my opinion for his knowledge and for Telus customer feedback.
I highly recommend the Phone Experts for all your communication needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an employee go above and beyond today and I forgot to get his name. But he helped get my new phone quickly when I came in like a crazy lady trying to get things done quickly while with a young baby and wanting to get back before my other child is out of school. He got my new phone organized, with a new SIM card, screen protector and case and explained how to set up my new phone at home. He did all of this when he was supposed to be going on his lunch break! I can’t thank him enough and I am always so happy with the experiences I have at this location. I will always recommend my friends and family going here when needing help! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
