The wait is very very long. The manager is arrogant on matters that you know more than he does. The salespeople and technicians are great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le gars qui disait que mon cell ne pourrai pas être remplacé ou réparer pcq j'avais du échapper de l'eau dans ma prise usb .... J'ai contacter Motorola et il me l'ont réparée gratuitement pcq c'était un défaut de fabrication garantie .... Je me pose vraiment des questions sur la compétence de ces gens qui sont plutôt la pour faire du profit ....
The guy who said that my cell could not be replaced or repair pcq I had to escape the water in my usb socket .... I contact Motorola and they repaired it for free pcq it was a guaranteed manufacturing defect .... I really wonder about the competence of these people who are there to make a profit ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beaucoup d'amélioration à faire dans votre magasin mettez le sourire un peu dans le visage de vous employez c'est très désagréable de communiquer avec un un employé un peu pressé qui ne donne pas tout le temps qu'il faut pour écouter les besoins du client .
Lots of improvement to be done in your store put a smile on your employee's face it's very unpleasant to communicate with an employee in a bit of a hurry who doesn't give all the time needed to listen to the needs of the client.
