I had to go into Roger's in CP to add a second line to my plan and purchase a second phone. I called ahead and the woman on the phone was extremely helpful, and when I got there they were doing a very good job of adhering to all social distancing measures. Unfortunately, I did not get to work with the wonderful woman I spoke with on the phone and instead had a young man "help" me. He was extremely uninformative and could not answer my questions for me. It's a good thing I knew exactly what I was looking for. My partner managed to find info on a new plan for me while the guy was in the back, and we organized that for ourselves (this is something the salesman could have easily suggested). Buying a cell phone and plan is confusing, so knowledgeable representatives are important and this location is lacking with this rep.

Wanted to return old equipment as owner passed away. Girl was extremely rude, wouldn't take it because it was black Friday. Just had to take old stuff back. Girl wouldn't deal with us, wouldn't give her name. She should be fired. I guess she was only interested in commission money.

I had the simplest of tasks to do, return rented Rogers equipment as requested on the phone by the sales person from Rogers . I asked for some sort of receipt for proof that they had received the equipment, this apparently was not needed and I was told that they were just recycling it for me. So I told the employee that I would prefer to keep it so I have something to turn over if I was charged for further rental. At this point they said “ I don’t care what you do” . I hadn’t been rude or disrespectful in any way. I wanted to be. But I held my tongue and abided by the customer code of conduct sign that is front and center on the counter. If you want to continue to be treated with respect, try to also be respectful of others.

Staff member, didn't want me in the store! Was returning equipment and closing accounts, needed new cell phone. But, was told, leave the equipment at the door and leave. She didn't want to help me open a cell account. Horrible service.

Was recently in speaking with Bethany and Bobby. We all hit it off talking about our general dislike for Sidney Crosby and that flightless bird team from Pittsburgh. As well as our fanatical dedication to one of the all time greats. Daniel Alfredsson. They both set me in the right direction in terms of my internet package and my cellphone. Couldn't recommend them enough!

Once again, FAIL! I went in today and the guy immediately cut me off and told me I had to go through customer service to do what I needed. Sold me a SIM card that other stores have issued to me for free. Got back to the office to be told that I needed to activate the SIM card in store. This store have failed me so many times. I need to learn that the extra 15 minutes to Kanata is worth speaking with competent people.
