★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Sefcik was really great to deal with but I won’t be returning to this clinic. It’s almost impossible to reach anyone there, even when you do leave a message - incredibly frustrating. How does a business not have an email address to correspond with? No one answers the phone…and your calls aren’t returned in a timely manner. UPDATE: the orthotics I was provided only fit in my winter boots. I went in with a pair of running shoes and expected something that would fit - the width doesn't even fit in a wide pair of runners. I don't have another $500 for a second pair. I went to Walking Around and bought a pair of pre-made orthotics for $80 that do a great job. So disappointing.
