On going Vidal Sassoon Training has allowed her to be able to create precision and advanced hair cutting techniques with ever changing trends.
Being a part of the Wella Color Expert Program has provided Sasha with in-depth knowledge and foundation that she passes on to each and every client.
2019 was a big year , as her 1st collection into Salon Magazine Contessa Awards , resulting in a finalist for Alberta Stylist of the Year . Again happening in 2021

β β β β β Absolutely incredible...My hair was SO damaged - Sasha managed to completely fix and restore my hair. Excellent advise, products and care. The salon itself is beautiful- very welcoming with a calming feel. A true sense of pride and passion is taken. Hair can be a big deal to some of us girls and words cannot express how thankful I am for Sasha and the Free Soul Salon.

β β β β β I canβt believe I havenβt reviewed here yet! Iβve seen Sasha since 2017, and I kick myself for taking so long to find her. An absolute gem in Airdrie, knowledgeable, professional and still such personal service you wonβt find elsewhere. Top quality product and attention to detail, I have always left feeling amazing. She doesnβt just cut your hair, you leave feeling like you could hit a red carpet. I am super low maintenance when it comes to girlie stuff and itβs hard to find a stylist that can respect that and still make you look awesome in a ponytail everyday, but she does that just as well as she does girls who spend an hour every morning.

Sasha, owner and senior stylist welcomed me with kindness and beautiful results. I felt a humble, attentive atmosphere during my visits with her.
My hair through self styling was ruined, in desperate need for help by chance I got an appointment with her. Her skills combined with a loving personality greatly amplified not only my hair but my confidence.

β β β β β Amazing service and great talent! Sasha is truly an artist. I've been looking for a stylist for a long time who is not only talented, but is also consistent with the result. With Sasha I love love love my highlights every time and I know it will be consistently great when I see her. For me that's huge! She goes above and beyond in each visit too. When I go in for my appointments she has this way of making her clients feel comfortable and relaxed. Plus the salon is adorable- super cute and extra cozy. From what I hear all the stylists at Free Soul are great! I highly recommend this salon!

β β β β β I have been getting my hair cut and coloured by Sasha for almost ten years now, and I have loved every single moment. She truly goes above and beyond for her clients. Her professionalism, support, and guidance as I went through the post baby hair loss with each of my kids was amazing. She always has great suggestions and products available to help get my fine hair looking great. β β β β β I rarely leave reviews but thought this review necessary. I first saw Sasha to get a haircut to get the feel for her and her work. Haircut was mostly a simple dust off the ends, as I'm growing my hair out. I noticed the attittude but thought whatever people are a bit spicey if they know what they are doing who cares, right? So I booked a bleach\tone with her a few weeks later. She was confident after I showed her a few pics of my previous color she could get me back to my platiunum blonde. When she first put me infront of the mirror I voiced my concern over being very dark with that purple hue. She quickly said oh it'll take a couple washes and you will be the platiunum you were looking for. OK I know sometimes you can have the purple hue I trusted her. After a few washes I could tell first I was not light enough to ever be platiunum so I messaged her, then called her. Cause I was 2 days past her so called 2 week policy she made a big deal about that making me feel bad. But said come in let me take a look. She insists I am a level 10 in HER books, and basically said what do you want me to do. (Pic included) The attitude and her wanting to just retone me when I'm not light enough I know we weren't going to come to a good resolution. I choose to thank her for her time and leave the salon. She has no good resolution and wants to just argue with the client. Ridiculous you pay over $200.00 and this is what kind of service you get. Pictures are all in exact same lighting in my car NO filters like she accused me of using.

β β β β β I have been seeing Sasha for a very long time and I love my hair . She always makes sure to listen and to understand me and accommodates me with my busy schedule.
She educates me on what she is doing and makes sure I take home the right product to maintain my blonde hair& extensions properly. The fact that I can purchase Kevin Murphy & Davines in Airdrie is amazing as well.
The studio is perfect for me as I like a one on one service I get , not a fan of the large salon atmosphere.
