★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter (age 4) and I had bloodwork today. They took necessary precautions due to covid. Unfortunately no appointments were available for a few weeks due to covid so we took the chance and walked in. The Staff could not find my lab req on file that my family doctor faxed but still booked me in while we waited for my requisition. They were very professional and appropriate with my 4year old daughter. They were able to get her bloodwork with ease and made the appointment less stressful. Unfortunately I did not catch all their names (one lady at reception and 2 ladies in our room) but we were very thankful that they made the appointment a good experience. All staff did a wonderful job. Keep it up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was going to write a scathing review on the treatment my girlfriend received when she went into this specific location. Although reading through all these other reviews that were given I really shouldn’t be surprised. I am truly sorry if anyone else who requires anything where they’d need to utilize this facility. As you will likely have identical treatment from the employees here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just had a kidney transplant and have time based blood work done before I can take my anti rejection medicine.i got an appointment for 7:30 for blood work. Told them it was time sensitive to be able to take my medication. It is now 8:00 still waiting. I usually take my medication at 8 am and 8 pm. Guess making an appointment and time sensitive doesn't mean anything here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The black lady in the front desk with reddish hair was really rude. Either pay her more so she's happy with her job. Teach her a better attitude, or just fire her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Why is the Lab closed on Monday January 3rd/2022 ??. All of these ((Paid Non-Holiday)) days off is ridiculous. Maybe put a large CLOSED sign on the door!
Our Tax Dollars are paying for these Provincial and Federal Non-Holidays! Time for Public Input!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My familY and I have been coming here since 2008, and we’ve always experienced good and friendly service from the people who work here. I’ve always had anxiety getting blood works and getting jabbed but today the lady that took my blood was exceptionally good! Her name is AKLIMA, loved how I didn’t feel anything at all! She was fast, and very skilled! So happy with my experience today, even the lady at the door, Charibel , that let us in was super friendly and nice, and very accommodating. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked online about 5-6 weeks earlier for an 8 AM appointment. I got to Airdrie lab about 10 minutes before my booked time. The front door person (very rude and condescending) told me I wasn't on the appointment list. I had to wait outside while she was bringing in people in line behind me. When I was finally called in, I had to deal with the attitude from the front desk after explaining the problem before I was told to sit. While I was waiting, I watched walk ins who came after I was checked in get called in before me. I also watch about 6 different lab techs pick up my paperwork, look at it before putting it back and taking someone else. I don't know what that was all about, but I have never been treated so rudely from medical staff in my life. Very rude and unprofessional behavior.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got some blood work done here. Booked my appointment online 2 weeks ago. Walked in. Waited in line for 4 min. Friendly reception. Sat down on a chair to wait for another 5 min. Had a friendly chap taking my blood within 5 min. In and out within 15 min.
