★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not to be trusted. They guarantee 48 hours on their website, and they don't live up to it. Then they say they guarantee 72 hours. This is after they admit on their website that 72 hours means that you miss your flight.
In short, CVM is an expensive scam

2. Cons: a) although at the top of the report it does read in caps "NEGATIVE", lab results don't use the universally-accepted terminology of "results: negative". Not ideal for the country my flight is to; b) isolated location very inconvenient for public transit; c) no toilet use for customers; d) expensive $173. In so-called expensive Dubai I can get for under USD50

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scam. Company provides false results and when you show proof “customer service” ignores you and stops responding. Just want my money back. They are a public health threat - neglectful testing practices provide false negatives, so likely people are travelling with the virus not being detected by their tests. Had to go elsewhere to get a positive. Buyer beware.

Results came in just 20 Hours. Booking and appointment is super easy via their website.
Note: Someone wrote a review that it is inaccessible via Transit.
WRONG INFO: Bus Route 57 (Calgary Transit) Will pick you up and drop easily.
Exceptionally helpful and courteous staff and great service. Strongly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will give 0 star if I could, my appointment was in February, upon cancellation they said they will refund my money in 2 weeks, it’s been 3 months I didn’t get my money, there should be a lot more people who didn’t get their refund, in addition they don’t receive calls, not only these they never call back, worst service ever. Instead you go to GORAPID, much better than CVM, faster, accurate and polite staff. I would not recommend CVM to anybody???
