D	Doug Henderson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 stars if & only if you have an appointment, otherwise you may experience a long wait outside. Appointments are often two weeks out. Plan ahead. Not all locations allow walk ins.

They don’t take ppl before 11.30 with no appointment and told ppl to stand outside in cold. where as there were very less ppl with appointments. I just came to other lab in northwest which is 30 mins drive. They are taking ppl with appointments and make line for ppl with no appointment. Not yelling on customers they have almost same space as well.
T	Theresa Galloway on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give this place a zero for service I would! They allow walk-ins at 10:30-3:00. I arrived at 11:15. I was given a beeper to sit in my car and told it' would be a half an hour. I waited for 2 hours in my vehicle. I came back in and 26 people had gone before me!!! If you can't find parking directly in front of the doors, your beeper will not beep. But they of course do not tell you that!!! Worst service I've ever had in my life.
R	Raj Sharma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did a walk in testing this morning. The service was fast and efficient. The staff was friendly. It took me about 30 mins which is great for a non appointment blood test.
S	Susan Koop on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went on May 27 at 7:30 appointment. Was in and out within 10 minutes. The lab tech was fantastic. I wish i had gotten her name to let everyone know how talented she is.
S	Shahdan baraka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We arrived today(Saturday) ,25th of September at 12:15 pm we were told that somebody will call us, I stayed in the car with my kids for an hour and half. I went back to ask how long we will wait longer, I found out that there is a whole sheet list of people still didn’t do their tests and a bunch of people waiting outside fighting that you are taking appointments at the walk-in times. I left them and went home as we couldn’t wait much longer and still nobody called me on the phone yet. It’s 2:30 pm now and it’s not yet my turn. This is a terrible service and nobody is expected to wait that long to do the test. You shouldn’t put appointments on Saturdays and Sundays My kids started to cry and I will have to do the test another day as you almost closing now. Even to book an appointment on the phone you are not accepting my blood work to be done through appointments. Only specific blood work are with appointments. What a shame.

Yes it extremely busy (but what do you expect with a walk in) they have always been nice, and give you a beeper so you can wait in your car or somewhere warm! Once you get paged in you may wait a little longer but normally are pretty fast once you get buzzed! Most I've waited after being buzzed in was 10mins.
