 I use their shampoo, conditioner, then leave-in and love them so much. The products smell really good, plus they work, they make my hair so soft. I recommend it one hundred percent

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found out about these guys at the Spruce Meadows, Alberta Christmas market in 2019. I'm 25 years old and between 16 and now I have developed a lot of facial hair. I have always shaved after it got a bit too long as I have very straight facial hair and once it gets to a certain point it just doesn't look very good. It was just starting to grow out and I already had plans to shave, just kept being lazy and avoiding it. Well there was a gentleman at this booth that got my attention and right away asked what product I was currently using for my beard. I chuckled knowing this was probably how he started most conversations with men. I told him I have never used anything before and he looked genuinely surprised. Then he said "if you're telling the truth then you truly have superior genetics when it comes to growing a beard". This man was a silver fox with an amazing mustache that was curled up on the ends and was probably in his mid-40s. I ended up buying the Aphrodisia beard balm from here. It helped tame my beard when it was at an odd length. It gave me enough confidence to keep growing my beard and see how it turns out. It's the longest it's ever been and now I love my beard and how it looks after getting over that hump. I get compliments pretty often now as well as I have been told my beard has inspired people to grow theirs out. It truly surprises me and makes me feel amazing when I hear that. I have this company and that guy to thank for that! It smells amazing too, highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We love WashBoard Soapery & Such's "Fur Friend" line. The Paw Balm works so well to create a barrier from sticky snow in the winter and to keep our Puppy Pals' paws from getting cracked in the summer. Easy to apply and smells great! Highly recommend :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favorite booth/ retailer in the "cross roads market is "Washboard Soapery And Such". Probably the best looking booth as well, very rustic. They have an awesome selection of hand crafted soaps, Beard balms, Beard oils, lotions, deodorant They also carry hand crafted combs, lather brushes, safty razors and stands which are absolutely beautifully hand crafted. I myself use a "cut throat" razor and it would be nice for the owner to craft "cut throat stands" ? I'd be all over that! Lol
Normally when I go it's usually the same woman working, I don't know if she's one of the owners or not, but she's extremely knowledgeable, patient, sweet and seems to be an all around good human who delivers exceptional customer service and whom deserves a raise.
I have not yet been to this location, but will definitely have to drop in soon and check it out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing that I found WashBoard, and right in my own backyard! I received 2 beard balms a few days ago and have to comment on the incredible scent of each balm I bought (Smokey Lime & Aphrodisia). The scent lasts in my beard for quite a while but, most importantly, my (long) beard is responding instantly (and happily) to the blend of oils and ingredients used in Washboards product. My beard is feeling really healthy and nourished! Will be back for more!! Corey.
