β β β β β I have been going here for more then half a year. The punctuality and professionalism from Sammi my lash tech has kept me coming back. I highly recommend her, she takes the time for your lashes to be well blended together and gives flexibility for the customers needs.

β β β β β Very disappointed in my experience with Airdrie's studio. I have gone to Fabutan on and off for years for my Sunshine and Red Light needs! I've never had a bad experience until two weeks ago. After leaving the studio blatantly crying, emailing Fabutan Customer Care, and messaging their instagram being promised a response, I still have not received anything. Outrageous customer service, unrealistic studio policies, not ideal for people with children and/or busy schedules, and poor management responses. Would not recommend, sadly.

β β β β β I got my amazing lashes done by Akaizsa! I love going to her for my lashes. She will always ask me how I want them done and will always be happy to add more or take a few off to get it just how I want. She is literally the best!!

β β β β β I got my lashes done by Akaizsa and I love her work. She's so kind and makes the visit not awkward. Always has a smile on her face. I highly recommend anyone to get there lashes done by her.

β β β β β I had my eyelash extension in this place, Meagan did a fantastic creation and I got lots of compliments which I was thankful of. It was just pricey compare to the latest stylist I got, lashes were almost off on the 2nd week and found out that I paid for full volume lash but I got the hybrid full set which is $30 more.

β β β β β The ladies are so helpful. ? I had a spray tan for the first time and was ecstatic over the results! Will be going back more frequently for more spray tans for sure!! Especially through the winter. LOL I'm also going to sign up for their monthly option for red light therapy. Pretty pumped about that. ?

β β β β β My husband and I have been using this salon for many, many years now. The salon is always clean and bright, and the beds maintained regularly
The girls who work there have almost always been lovely, friendly and helpful, with just the occasional person who doesnβt seem to fit with the salonβs philosophy.
I would like to mention Jocelyn in particular who is amazing. She always has a smile on her face, makes sure we feel valued as customers, and genuinely seems interested in our lives and our travels. Nothing is too much trouble for her when it comes to helping us with our bookings or minutes.
She makes it a pleasure to visit the salon, we are always so glad when she is on shift for our visits, and we feel that should be commended for her friendly and professional service.

β β β β β The first girl I had here was amazing. She kept appointments and explained things to me. I was a regular customer for lashes for 6 months. Then I had a new girl and it was awful. She didn't do a great job and I thought it was because she was new. I planned to address the issue at my next appointment which I never got. She cancelled both times. I ended up paying another place a lot more to fix the lashes...and them when I could get an appointment at hush they told me I would have to pay for a brand new set....so because of cancelled appointments and my trying to fix it at another place I was out over$200 and I never did get another appointment to discuss the situation. In fact when I called they said they would get back to me...it's been a month.
