β β β β β will never go back. People are rude, rough and half of them dont know what theyβre doing. Nail broke 2 days later, when i went back to have it fixed they acted as it wasnt done at their salon , i was then charged again.

β β β β β They do a great job of my shellac mani/pedi each time that I go. Sometimes they do a very short massage though (less than one minute per side).

β β β β β Horrible service ! Soooo rushed they donβt take there time . They donβt use a buffer block just a grater my feet arenβt even smooth . My pedicure took 20 mins . 0! Relaxation they rub your legs for maybe a minute each foot !!!! Super disappointed and will NEVER COME BACK !! They donβt use hot rocks either and they dig nails into your skin Iβm pretty sure Iβll bruise !!! This place is a cash grab nightmare

β β β β β I came to this salon to get a full set of nails last week, she seemed to be doing a good job until she CUT MY SKIN on the edges with the drill, so at first, I was nice because we all make mistakes and power tools can be difficult, so I only said " ouch sorry it burns" so she stayed quiet and didn't even say sorry just kept filing away, the second time she did it on the next finger and I jumped BECAUSE it hurt! and I laughed and I say sorry you are cutting my skin and she rolled her eyes?? then 3rd time I said " it burns "ouch" and she put the drill down and rolled her eyes at me! So I said "are you getting mad"? she's like " well you don't let me do my job" so I laughed and told her that she was hurting me and she kept saying " no I am not" so I walked out without finishing my nails, got charged $45 for unfinished nails, HORRIBLE customer service, overpriced and I am sure none of them have proper qualifications to put nails on.

β β β β β After not coming here for a few years, I booked an appointment to get a shellac manicure done. The lady said that she needed to add some powder to make my nails stronger and she ended up charging me $66 for a manicure. 10/10 do not recommend this place.

β β β β β My pedicure lasted maybe 15 minutes and I hadn't had one in 3 years, so that pretty much tells you the kind of pedicure I got from MS Nails today. No one spoke English, they grunted for you to lift your foot, use the water, or whatever they wanted, and, in the end left me sitting for my nails to dry for about 30 minutes with everyone moved on to other clients. One of the ladies next to me had to ask her person to check on me, which she did without even so much as looking at me. I am sorry, but service in a spa still requires a personal touch and this did not happen today, at all, in MS Nails.
