Other than the fact that when I book appointments with him I don't usually see him just whatever other doctor is there. Also this place is not walk in. Was just told this morning that it has changed since COVID. Thanks for nothing.

The front desk staff are rude, THEY DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE CALL This should be change and thy should be nicer with the patient. I think is you can do any of that you shouldn't be working in a front desk ..

The receptionists are always efficient and I find them easy to talk to. They know their jobs and are willing to help. I am so happy with Dr. Leroux!! And the other Dr's in the office are extremely friendly and always have a smile and Hello for me!

Tiffany and Barthi are both amazing front office staff, they are always positive, helpful and efficient! I have seen three of the doctors in this clinic and they are knowledgeable and caring individuals. They are above average doctors in my opinion.
B	Becca M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I haven’t been back to this clinic in years due to issues I’ve had with doctors at the clinic but decided to book a walk-in because it’s close by and was supposed to be easy. I have bad anxiety so making appointments and speaking up for what I need is already very difficult. I booked for a walk in and I got the requisition which was fine but the walk in doctor was telling me I have a family doctor and that he “has his own patients to work with”. I explained that I haven’t had a family doctor in years because I’ve had troubles finding a doctor that listens and that I haven’t been with the doctor he was talking about for over 5 years because of an uncomfortable situation for me. I then called to book the follow-up to find out he had told the front desk to book with the other doctor after I explained everything to him. They had to hang up and discuss it with the doctor I was seeing and I didn’t even get a call until the next day. Made a phone appointment since I was put off by the comments he made after I explained myself… like come on? It’s a walk-in clinic, I don’t need to have a family doctor to get a walk-in appointment and I explained that. I was booked in for this morning at 10am and then got a call an hour and a half later when I was not free anymore. Wouldn’t recommend this clinic to anyone. Happy for people that have had good experiences but I’ve never been lucky. Was hoping it would’ve been a better experience years later but it’s exactly the same service.
