N	Noah Hartley on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in with a chest infection were I can hardly breath simply needed antibiotics, amoxicillin is all I’m asking for. front desk girl told me all good wait outside should be 45 minutes . An hour and a half goes by I’m still waiting , ask again when I’m going to be seen lady says shortly as I receive my phone call to come in I’m told that I’ll need a covid test before I can receive my antibiotics.... so I reply alright if that’s what I have to do to get my medication . Then I’m told sorry they don’t offer covid tests on site and that I would need to go away , wait and book a test before I could be helped after driving 45 minutes from the town where I live . This has to be the most unprofessional way I’ve ever been treated at a medical facility you’d think upon arrival that would be the first thing they asked for is a covid test.... before making you waste your day . Girl sitting around up front shouldn’t have a job in my opinion ( update covid test they made me take to receive health care service came back negative) thanks for the terrible experience

They only ever have 2 people working and you would think in these times you would keep a full staff working. I have a very hard time understanding why appointments take so long . I have been patient with this clinic . But enough is enough and now I’m writing a review .. they do not answer there phones .so you have to walk in and book an appointment . It’s not worth the hassle coming here .
N	Nicole Still on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Front staff rude, every booked appointment was called 15 mins before that it was over a hour backed up and I work in Calgary, Dr Doopar is a really fantastic doctor but his staff are horrible and rude and the way they speak about the patients together is wrong in so many ways
S	Sam E on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heed the warnings. Don't go here for walk ins. I came in and was told there would be an hour wait and that I could stay or come back in an hour. I decided to go grab lunch and came back 45 minutes later. Ended up waiting another hour 30 minutes + before seeing the DR. Dr Sikdar was no help and said nothing is wrong even though my problems persist. he doesn't really care. Honestly, I wouldn't care that the doctor was no help if the total wait time to see him wasn't over 2 hours 30 minutes. If you have a legitimate problem and value your time even a little bit go somewhere else

She neglected to inform me that the doctor wouldn’t do that, a sign clearly posted in the small room we were ushered into. (We should have left when we saw that, but having already waited an hour with my 87 year old mother, we thought we’d at least ask.) So a 45 minute drive and an hour’s wait and they got to charge for a 10 second visit, that they could clearly have communicated was not going to work. I feel ripped off.

Waited about 45 minutes to be seen for the doctor to come in to the room for no more than 2 minutes, looked at me for half a second and diagnosed me without doing any swab which is NECESSARY. Prescribed medication wasn’t working and eventually had to go to urgent care as I was not getting better by doctors instructions.
T	Tay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very impressed with Dr. Sikder, I've seen him several times now and one of the times I had to bring my daughter in to get her warts frozen. She's very young and was extremely upset about the process, he was so good with her and treated with her patience and compassion. He's a really good doctor and I'm really thankful we finally found a doctor that takes the time to listen and take care of my family's medical needs in a professional and thorough way. Great experiences here so far.
B	Brett Collier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the walk in at 9am when they opened. Was the second person there. I needed a quick certificate of recovery so I can fly as I had covid 2 weeks ago. Receptionist told me she would have to confirm with the doctor that they do that. I sat for 45 minutes as I watched other people walk in. Walked back up to confirm they can do that as I am just sitting waiting for nothing. Finally went to the doctor and confirmed they can. Had to wait 2 hours as everyone who walked in after me while I was waiting got helped before me. Finally went to see the doctor and he said I need to print off my form. Had to go back to the receptionist to get it printed and the doctor started helping other people. Have been waiting 3 hours and I was the second person in the door and about 8 other people have been helped all who came in after me. Not impressed.
