★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't order anything online. Apparently everything on their website shows as "in stock" (or they're too lazy/technologically incompetent to update stock online). Further they won't bother calling or emailing to let you know your pending pick-up order is in fact out of stock and they have no idea when it is set to arrive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've been here several times and have never had a bad experience. Store size is a little smaller than some other global locations, and they don't have some products that may be found at other locations, but the service is just as good as the others! And they are always willing to help!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My go to pet store. Quick service and knowledgeable staff. The store is smaller but I've always found what I was looking for. The pricing for my dogs food was the same as another pet store in Airdrie.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly the last thing I want to do is leave a negative review on a local business, and most of the sales associates are helpful and knowledgeable. However, our cat was recently diagnosed with diabetes. Our vet didn't mention to us we needed to order the food through the vet, so we took the suggested brands to the store. The sales associate quickly told me the vet made a ridiculous recommendation, and proceeded to take me to a quinoa based food.. which he can't have, because he's diabetic. She then recommended a dog gut healing option for my cat to help heal his gut and cure his diabetes. Just discouraging and could have made our cat sicker.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store is the only one that had the small bites version of my dog’s kibble. The ladies at the front are always so friendly and kind.
I didn’t get her name but one lady gave me some tips for my new puppy’s itchy skin and could not be any more grateful for that. We only come here to buy my dog’s kibble. Very friendly staff!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My pooch loved the little cupcake looking treat... the place is small however it's packed with goodies. Price is ok. Its locally owned so that's a plus. They also have raw food options, got treats for the furbabies both raw bones and smoked.
Plus, they supply the big hills springs off leash park poop bags...which triggered me to go visit the store...
