The reasons being that they are friendly, knowledgeable, helpful while being patient with all my questions that I have about a product that I am wanting to purchase. This store values their customers. A big draw for me. I also know that my fur baby loves the healthy treats that I purchase as well for her on every trip to this store. The owners of this pet store go above and beyond to assist with my pet needs. I deeply appreciate this store and owners as I love my fur baby and want to ensure that I ensure that she has a long healthy life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have only ever had pleasant experiences with this location. Today in particular we brought our dog in to look for a new harness and were told that we could try on any of the harnesses to make sure they fit. Even as our dog was shedding terribly after his bath.
The employee even took the time to help us adjust them and make sure they fit.
We greatly appreciate the patience and kindness that we experienced through trying on 4 or 5 harnesses to find the right one!

The owners and clerks are always very friendly and can tell they love all animals very much.
Place is clean and orderly, prices are competitive.

Staff and owners very knowledgeable of products and happy to make recommendations. Best pet store we have been to thus far. Always agreeable for a return if product is not compatible with animals. Easily request food supply and always in stock when we run out. Highly recommend.
