Community Involvement

Along with President and Owner, Bruce Urban, Field of RV Dreams, is dedicated to being an active part of our community. We are enthusiastic about our involvement to raise funds for many worthwhile charities. Two of the many charities we continuously work with are the Kids Cancer Care Foundation and the Children's Cancer Fund. We offer all types of support including monetary donations and volunteer work. One of the unique ways Field of RV Dreams helps in fundraising for these charities is by employing the Urban Legend monster truck. Not only does it raise much needed money, it helps put smiles on the kids who need it the most. The truck has been built with extra seats in the back to accommodate many happy kids, big and small.

Haiti Arise College Fund

Field of RV Dreams is proud to be partnered with Haiti Arise Ministries to bring hope for the future of Haiti. Through our fund raising, Field of RV Dreams is helping to build a new technical college that will provide technical training and education. After looking at a lot of trailers and thinking we found one, we stopped by FORVD just to see. We described what we wanted to Terry, and within moments Terry showed us a trailer that met all our must haves!! Robyn was awesome and she definitely knows her stuff!! And today we picked up or trailer. Thayne introduced himself and brought us out to our trailer. He showed us every feature, explained things, pointed out a couple things we never knew about and made sure everything was perfect before we headed off. He was exceptional! Polite, friendly, patient and awesome!! Thank you to everyone who made this experience awesome. We highly recommend visiting the gang if you are looking for a trailer!!

Sales and purchase process was fine but that was it. 1) Showed up to pick up the trailer, it was not clean and there were still many deficiencies and unfinished repairs and the the $1,000 mouse proofing I paid for was incomplete. 2) They took the initiative to make it right and deliver, but when it arrived it still wasn't clean and the mouse proofing was poorly done. 3) Mouse proofing - I could not find my fresh water drain as it was completely covered in spray foam and the black tar like substance they use underneath. The low point drains, same thing, had to cut away foam and use two sets of pliers to get the caps of with all the goop they had on them. 4) Not sure what the PDI actually covers but had to spend $200.00 at another RV repair shop to get the roof seals touched up as a quick look showed old deteriorating sealant that should have been caught and addressed during the original PDI. 5) Worst of all, it was blessing it was so poorly cleaned and that I paid for mouse proofing as it didn't take long to find the mouse droppings and a previous mouse infestation (pictures attached). They offered to send someone to clean it but frankly the first two attempts were complete failures and this requires some serious attention so I did it. Thankfully, I found where they were getting in and we have been mouse free so far...and have the mouse warranty. Lots of complaining but we were so excited to upgrade our trailer and this turned into a complete disaster.

He was extremely knowledgeable and gave us great advice to help us find the perfect unit for our family. Robyn Wright in finance was so friendly, she was patient and able to answer all of our financial questions to seal the deal. Tara the operations manager worked with us to build our deal, Shilo in parts made our pickup seamless and the detailing in our unit was immaculate, especially considering we purchased a used RV. Eric’s walk-through was very thorough and patiently answered our many questions and ensured that we were safe to head out of the lot. We would definitely recommend Field of RV Dreams to anyone looking for a recreation vehicle, excellent service all around!
