Service was friendly, but not awesome. They forgot to put salad dressing on the 2 ($20) salads we ordered. The pasta I ordered lacked salt ( and no salt or pepper on the table?). Couldn't flag down the waitress just for that, after flaging down for the dressing, which took a long time to come.
Kids all had steaks and fries, which were great.
Overall, prices were quite high, portions were medium ( the kids were still a little hungry) service was friendly but a little lacking, and the facility was clean and comfy.
I won't return because it's too pricy for mediocre food. If you are going to go anyway, i think it's fine for steaks and burgers.

I was happy to join my family group once I saw that there is at least one vegan option, and it was neat; it was a LightLife burger but it was dressed up with added flourishes.
There aren't a lot of large group seating options for dining in, so if you have a larger group (5+) and you don't want to wait, try to make a reservation ahead of time. We didn't have a reservation but we were ok to wait a bit

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a big fan of Mr. Mike salads. But this location disappointed us. The salads were basically lettuce and meat. Very little other ingredients in both salads ordered. When I buy it elsewhere the other ingredients are clearly displayed. I had to dig to find them this time. Won't be back to this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such amazing and kind staff. My boyfriend and I went on a Sunday. I think we got there around 8:30pm and usually I’m really good at making sure not to go to restaurants right before they close, but for whatever reason I did not check their hours before hand. Already upon entering they were super friendly even though we were the annoying people coming before close. We ordered and started to play some games and we were ready for the bill around 9:30pm and I asked what time they close. She told me they closed at 9pm but not to worry or feel bad. They did not rush us or make it seem like they were just trying to get us out. Unfortunately I forgot to ask her name but I’m sure all the staff is just as kind as the one we had last night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was delicious!! The owner of this place is a great guy, we did not have the best service from our waitress and the owner came over and made it right. He gave us our meal on the house which was like a $90 bill. We were hesitant to come back because of the service ( to be fair they were training and short staff and pretty busy) but after the owner fixed the problem in such a generous way, we will definitely be back for the delicious steak again! ?

The filet mignon was good, only the pepper corn sauce was too powerful that trumped the taste of the steak. Almost like a Au Poivre but in sauce.
I ordered medium rare for the rib eye. It came medium well to almost well. For a $45 dish, my expectation is high.
Sides are bland.
