★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered from here tonight through skip the dishes the Skip driver was great so that explains the one star earned.
The food was dry, they missed the extra peanut sauce that I ordered and paid for. The pop they sent had a broken seal and was flat. The chicken was over cooked and dry.
The Fried chicken dumplings were cold and soggy. I am hoping the sorbet is at lease good.
Disgusted and disappointed to say the least.
Restaurant response was let skip know as nothing we can do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my girlfriend ordered thai fried rice at sunridge mall thai express and it was delicious! We figured we would try ordering in airdrie. We both ordered the same thai fried rice on skip the dishes. The food was hot which was great however there were issues with both orders. The Spicy one was flavorless and the egg was burnt. The medium one had rotten tomatoes, burnt egg and a bunch of broccoli stems. The rice in both dishes didn't seem fresh at all.
The process of dealing with skip was also frustrating as reporting the issue lead to many ended chats without any help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soggy soggy soggy. There were nothing left of my rice noodles when they arrived and I opened the bowl. The veggies were over cooked too. Too bad I love Thai express in Calgary. Was hoping for the same quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved the food.. ordered last night and the Thai fried rice was nice.. I really enjoyed it was so much we saved some for today’s lunch. The pad see ew, was nice as well but it was a bit soggy..

One of my favorite places to go. I will have to say though today i will never go back. I told the person what i wanted and they entered in a different item. I was focusing on getting something else so i didnt check what they put in. Got home and realized this mistake. When i called them back to let them know they said you have to check the display and if you dont it isnt my fault. So please if you go here always get them to read out your order or you will be very disappointed. They didnt care or apologize for their mistake at all. Or offer remediation. Where has customer service gone these days? Very ? . If they had apologized and offered a remediation then i may have gone back. Not to this location anyways..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Thai Express last night l was first in queue and two people behind me. Instead they were saved first , so l asked why? I was told because fried rice takes awhile. I was so disappointed because these people also had ordered same orders as mine. I will never go back to that place again. Money has no colour to be treated that way. It’s sad we live in such a discriminatory world like this. Same orders came first but because l’m black had to be saved last. Pathetic!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the first time For me at this particular restaurant. And I was not Disappointed.The person at the front counter was knowledgeable, and helpful and Very pleasant. The person Preparing the meal, was also very pleasant And offered suggestions for my meal. I would definitely Come to this restaurant again. Highly recommended.
