While Papa John's offering 25% off during pandemic, I was told I must've mentioned to use promo code to get discounted price but the guy remembered to charge for the extra miles on top of delivery charges as the location is outside their jurisdiction. Called customer service after few hours and was told we can't do anything. Bad customer service experience. Not ordering from them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location used to be good, but that's not the case now. The last 3 times I ordered my pizza was undercooked or my order was wrong. The quality here has slipped. I provided feedback online and was supposed to be contacted about my experience and never was. This suggests to me they know that their quality has slipped but obviously management doesn't care.

Definitely will not order ever again.. maybe if half the staff were cleaning instead of standing around it wouldn't be filthy. Go ANYWHERE else to get pizza... here you might get a bug or mouse as an extra topping.
