★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered my Pizzas around 5PM and was given a 6:02PM delivery time, it's now 6:45PM calling their store does nothing but go to a call line in the states somewhere. They aren't even able to assist other than say they'll pass along the info to the store hit that's only assuming the manager is in store and paying attention to their computer.
So needless to say I'm beyond ticked off especially prepaying for my food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing experience eating with this restaurant. The online portal is extremely easy to use, and I love the option to use debit at the store upon checkout. When I went to go pick up my order the cashier, Tyler was extremely friendly, and was great to work with. The food tasted amazing as usual. The restaurant has also got a really cozy vibe, and the place is kept very clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is amazing. It is so sad that more and more people are ordering and stay home when this place offer an amazing home. Our favorite is the dinning room, very clean, real china and cuttlery. The staff is paying attention to you. I am from europe and i feel like home. People get out of your house, your are not attach of your stove any way, so then just come here you will not regret. I love they have NO MUSIC of this generation or other, where they speak bad words and nonsense sentences with no life. Washroom so clean. Wow. This is my place, i came here very often. Pizza is as delicious as italy, and is all sizes for all stomachs. Everyone, come and live and enjoy in the reality of a fresh life , bring joy. And even you can take a challenge, walk to here is gorgeous and then enjoy a restaurant of 5 stars experience , without losing your paycheck and arm and a leg, and is cozy, and quiet. And i come here with all my kids, of all ages including youngest. Homeschoolers or mothers who need to teach their kids etiquette and table manners, come in this home, and is perfect place to teach all ages, socialize, table manners, etiquette. Even the lost art of talking, send kids to use with staff speaking art,, good after noon sir,, . Please and thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to order online regularly from pizza hut and enjoyed the loyalty program of getting a free pizza for every 5th pizza you ordered online, but then noticed the app didn't reward me twice, I've called and even tried to contact thru app but of course no response, I know it's petty but I haven't ordered from pizza hut ever since.
It's the little things like that - that are so irritating in today's "online" and non customer service world

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you allow people to dine in, at least provide some napkins and cups!!! I don’t know if it wasn’t like this before Covid. But if you don’t bother to set up any condiments, PLEASE inform customers!!!
Not able to get Online deals since we were dining in.
We bought a large pizza and a bottle of coke but couldn’t enjoy it.
Nothing was available. We asked for some cups and he said “No Cups”.
You knew we are eating in and you charged us for a big bottle of pepsi.
Were you expecting 4 of us to drink it from a bottle?No napkins were displayed. We had to get some from a toilet.
Total waste of money especially if you are thinking to dine in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not order from here, we ordered a few pizzas for my birthday. One of which was a large veggie pizza, once a bite was taken out of it we soon realize the green pepper was moldy…. When we called Pizza Hut to give them a chance to make this right. They refused to send us a new one, refused a refund then proceeded to fight with us that it’s fine. We suggested they take the one that has ONE bite out of it.. and they still refused. Proceeding to scream and yell at us. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Order from Paul’s pizza just around the corner.
