★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too bad it was awful. We went there because we had a gift card and I doubt if we’ll go back to redeem the rest. The lasagna I had last night was a pitiful excuse for lasagna. I get it’s what head office directs you to do but wow those guys need to get it together. I could’ve gone down the road a bit for a cheaper and better meal! I couldn’t believe that it came out baked on a plate instead of the traditional deep dish you see. There was little to no sauce in it and if it was meat lasagna you would never know.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was there with our young family on a busy Sunday night just before 5. While the server could have been friendlier the food was good. And the kids loved the balloon guy and the serving robot. Will diffently make the drive again for dinner

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an amazing experience with the General Manager, I called to purchase empty pizza boxes for my sons class at Ralph McCall and Boston Pizza didn’t charge anything, they just donated the boxes! Was awesome that they did that in today’s economy. Let’s also mention their Spicy Perogy pizza is amazing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried to go to Boston pizza Airdrie last night, we were seated right away, the front desk staff were friendly and polite.
We were seated for almost a full 30 minutes and not a single staff came by to ask for a drinks order - we didn’t even have our server introduce themselves to our table. There were a couple Manager looking staff (dress clothing instead of the apron uniform) that made eye contact with us but not once did they approach to introduce themselves or tell us that our server would be with us at all. We were completely ignored.
As we were unable to order any food, we walked out and ate elsewhere. What’s the point of trying to enjoy this place when they don’t acknowledge your existence.
Also a heads up - this location has higher prices than Crossiron for the exact same thing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had there beef sandwich and it was absolute of shirt. Bring back the other beef dip. If I wanted to eat dog shirt I would have went to my backyard and got some for free. Fries were soggy no taste just horride. Please do better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went for lunch today and had the most frustrating experience! The girl that seated us and took our order looked miserable, we got there right before the lunch rush and our food was so slow coming out, she forgot to even put in my dessert order so we left without it. We couldn’t pay with the QR code because the bill wasn’t right. So we had to wait with an over tired baby and an antsy preschooler. A quick lunch shouldn’t take almost 2 hours!
I left so annoyed and I remember why I stopped going there now. The food was decent, but for $50 for two people it wasn’t worth it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure what's worse, the grumpy manager who made it seem like I was bothering her by picking up my to go order or the brutal wings that I got.
They weren't busy, you could tell since there was only one vehicle blocking the road, instead of in a parking stall.
The female manager made me wait for 5 minutes, standing in front of her staring in disbelief, before she was able to help me out.
No thanks for your order or have a great night. Just silent service.
Got home and the wings were just brutal. I would have been better off stopping at superstore and getting wings there instead!
I cant believe that there's more sauce at the bottom of the box than on my wings!
My honey garlic were soggy and only came with 7 wings lol.
Don't worry manager, you won't be bothered by me again!
