β β β β β I'm editing my review as I had another service done and am not having a good second experience. I was told that brows would be 295 so i continued with my appointment. At the end i was in shock about my brows and she sprung on me that I had to have a follow-up appointment for an additional 115. I dont appreciate not being advised of additional costs beforehand. I received a reminder this morning abot my appointment which she says i should have received yesterday. Now I'm being told i have to pay the full amount either way. The service was good but I don't recommend overall due to her not being up-front and it feels mis-leading. I'm also being threatened with collections now... I was asked for a deposit, which I paid and she kept which I figured.
I went to Jen for teeth whitening. She is very professional and the environment is very sanitary. I received outstanding results and will definitely be back. Tomorrow actually! Lol

I look forward to my lash appointment every 2 weeks to catch up and some times have a little nap (; Jen is very professional and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. I have been going to her for over a year now and will forever be going to her! She defiantly has a client for life!

β β β β β Jen is an absolute rockstar and I so happy I found her. Her establishment is so clean and welcoming, and the most comfortable/ zen environment I've ever experienced for lashes. Jen is such a genuine and kind person and makes her establishment a safe place for her clients. She offers a variety of amazing services for such a great price! I refer her to everyone I know, because everyone deserves to experience the service she provides. PS LOVE my pink & sparkly lashes ;)

β β β β β Jen has been so awesome, and very accommodating as she works quite late during the week. Which is perfect for me, as I don't have to miss work, and hubby has lots of time to get home to watch the littles.
I also love that she provides different services, I can get my lashes done with a face mask on. You come out of your apt feeling amazing.

β β β β β Jen is absolutely amazing!! Iβve been going to her for over a year now and I have never had a single compliant! My lashes are always spot on how I want them- weather we are trying something new with a pop of colour or not.
Her studio is extremely clean and very well kept. I have always felt so comfortable going into her home and know I can just relax once Iβm there! Jen is amazing at what she does and she is also very personable.
I 1000% recommend Jen and all of her amazing services!!!
