★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely awful! Burgers were sloppily made, meat hanging off the bun, soggy lettuce and tomatoes. A complete mess. Fries were only half filled and the pop had zero carbonation. What a complete waste of money. I'm glad I used a coupon because I'd be more mad if I paid full price for this horrible meal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well we were the only customers and our burger was underdone and still pink. Staff were more concerned about receiving their Tim Hortons coffee than serving us. Doubt I will return. I'm sure they can do better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I understand this is a new part of the branch, but that doesn't justify the sloppiness and bad service. The burgers are either with too much sauce or barely any. The salads are also pretty gross. A few wrongs orders have occured too. The other location is MUCH better.
