Real Canadian Superstore - Airdrie

Going in there for bew year's eve was crazy... the parking lot I mean. I wanted a small cabbage. However all they got are giants. I asked the produce guy if they have a small one... he was so helpful...he got it chopped to half! I was happy! I never will get that kind of service in any calgary locations! Then, it was so busy... they have all cashier lanes open! It was fast. Though need to be careful in the parking lot....

Have the best cooked chicken in Deli. Very clean store and friendly staff. I love coming here as I live in Calgary and when I come to Airdrie I shop here

I bought cucumber..she charged me for zucchini and when I told her it's cucumber she won't believe me. She i.e Linda asked another lady at counter then to the third woman at customer service. None of them wanted to go and check the produce. They kept insisting it is zucchini. I was so much taken aback by their lack of knowledge. All this time she made me and others stand in line.. eventually it turned out to be cucumber! but both women did not acknowledge their mistake instead became aggressive and did not even offer any apology to me and Not even to others who were made to stand and wait. Both women were so rude to admit it that yeah it is cucumber. When I asked how about a sorry they said they don't need to apologize!! it's not their job to know everything. The east Indian woman who was in customer service was extremely rude aggressive and arrogant . She encouraged the other Chinese lady Linda on the til not to apologize when she was about to apologize. She herself could not even bring herself to apologize for being wrong ,rude and doubting a customer in such a stubborn way. ?? So what was my fault? I was treated rudely because I was right and her ballooned ego could not take it?. In her mighty ego she forgot that I am a customer and she is supposed to provide service! Everyone makes mistakes but rudely refusing to own it up tells about the employee and quality of customer service!! I have spoken to Heather over phone who introduced herself as the manager. Hopefully she will look into it and do something about it.I am being asked to call this # by owner today on 17 feb but I have already called this # yesterday Feb 16 and they gave me case# and took my details told me that they will call me today is Feb 17 haven't heard from the owner but owner has written below to call this # ? How many times??

The online ordering department has gone right down hill. I've been burned twice by the incompetence of this store. I received confirmation that my order was ready. I got there at exactly 4:30. I waited until 5:00. I was one of two cars in the lot. 8 more cars showed up and one got served before me. The girl came to tell me part of my order was missing and they had to re-pick it. So I sit 10 more minutes. Another car gets delivered. HORRIBLE organization and customer service. I will NEVER shop at Superstore again.

The store is massive and the shelves well stalked. I went there to purchase things for my 8 month old that I couldn't find at Walmart. Their baby section is massive and they have adorable outfits!!

It's been two years for whatever reason why the other entrance still closed.? The store is busy as always also people are coming in to use the gym upstairs. It would be nice if they open the other entrance so, it won't be crowded on the first entrance.

Nothing special, employees are friendly and store is fairly clean. Stock of items is pretty poor though, especially for online grocery pickup. Every time theres multiple out of stock or substitutions required. Milk I also find doesnt last as long as other stores. Further to that, I've had to review my receipt on a few occasions since they had overcharged me by $50 and even substituted an item that would have been cheaper offered another fashion but that was never disclosed. A lot of items are cheaper than other stores which is a big driving factor with the price of groceries these days, just review your receipt.

One of the best places to shop in Airdrie, always courteous service. The check out people often help with bag packing. I also like having Joe’s on-site, and I find I can complete almost all of my shopping needs in one store. Recommend!
