★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You charge too much for kids hair! I’m pretty sure my son just had his hair cut by someone that’s had maybe a week of experience. Not a great haircut. Whatever I can live with that. Unfortunately when I got my kid back he had his hair dyed red. No one asked me if that was ok. I think this is something you need to ask the parents for first before putting color in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is hip and modern. I watched some sports for about 10 minutes before being seated. Ashley took care of me like she has in years prior. She is professional, and knows exactly what she is doing. I keep coming back to her because of how easy it is for me to communicate what I want, and she executes very precisely. The ladies at the front were excelent as well. I spent a total of 60$ on the service and some product, and will always tip accordingly because of everyone's service and effort.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stacy is literally the best! My son has so many cowlicks, cutting his hair is not an easy task! And she does a perfect job every time. She cuts the hair of my kids and my hubby and she's lovely!
20/10 highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never a disappointment whenever I go to Tommy's. Take pride in their work & very friendly. I just ask the management to take of something. Talk to their staff about arguing about work in front of customers. It didn't bother me at all, but some customers may not care for it. The argument was over my card punch. I had a free haircut, however they were arguing about whether I get stamp or not, because the haircut was free. This went on for a good minute. I am NOT trying to get anyone in trouble here. Just talk to staff about having this kind of discussion. It doesn't look professional & maybe make things more clear about how the stamp cards work. Cheers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been here two times now. Both barbers were great. Was not disappointed. However, I don't understand why I book an appointment just to wait 45 minutes to get it. Book a haircut for 2pm both times and ended up sitting and waiting until 2:45 to get my haircut. I watched 3 people walk in an get their haircut before me. The front desk lady should learn to book stuff properly. Some people don't have time to waste
