Worse experience.... and just a heads up for those who are going there for first time or going after a long time ...they charge $3.50 on top of service price for sanitizing the station. This is ridiculous. ... it should be a part of a work now..

First of all, Stephanie is a terrible hairstylist. How can a terrible hairstylist be a manager? Secondly, She even does not trust her stuff. Anyhow, I am not going back there again and I won't let her touch my hair if I go there. You've better to find a better manager and hairstylist.

Brandi is a great stylist! She is fun and easy to get along with. I've been seeing her for 6 years now. I highly recommend her!

Are hair stylist with Betty and she is wonderful very knowledgeable and very nice we're going back to her

I came in Sept 11, 2018 approx. 16:00 we were greeted with the worst greeter and extremely rude. My daughter was not co-operating well to say the least and having a melt down. The women literally turned to us and said "if she is going to act up then I can't do her hair!" saying very snobbishly. I said to my mother-in-law that we should leave it another day. My mom did not want to leave it another time and said "no, we do it now." I went into the chair area and got my cartoons on my phone as a distraction. Keep in mind my daughter is 2 1/2yrs old. my mother tried to explain the cut she wanted but her English is not the greatest. The hair dresser was getting even more annoyed huffing and puffing with each statement. I said to her what we wanted done and that she was asking for her pony tail for a memory keep sake. It was her first cut. she just replied "ok, ok! ONLY 1 of you may stay. I need space!" while gesturing rudely. I encourage any reader to this entirely and understand how bad this keeps getting. I spoke to my mother if she wanted to stay and she would. I left and met up with mom later. She was charged $18.50 and did not tip and rightfully so. I asked what is the loose hair in the bag. She told me that she pulled the pony tail apart and then cut it was swept it off the floor. A little back story. When my daughter was born we knew something was off. Later we found out our child had autism. The so called "acting out!" is what every parent learns to deal with and especially with autism it is worse. Your insensitive behavior was appalling. Every day I worry what school will be like and what social interaction will be like. I spend so much time and money trying to help my daughter and get her into new places to help curve this when she is older. I never thought in a million years I would be writing this about a hair salon. This lady was rude, a bully, and horrible hair dresser. Most of all the most disgusting human being, karma will get you one day. Please no one help this company survive after reading this. I hope one day you are sued for your comments and behavior and drummed out of the business.

Been there the last two times to have my haircut and both times I got April. She is very knowledgeable, knows what she is doing and most importantly listens to what the client wants. I will most definitely be going back to see her.

My fiance and I have been going to Smartstyle Hair Salon, at the Airdrie Walmart location, since we moved here back in 2015. We are so happy we found this place. Everyone is always so friendly and professional. Always with a smile. you always get the cut and service you want. I recommend this place to anyone and everyone. We were even lucky enough to meet and make a great friend there. Thanks Brandi. ?

I booked an appointment using the app. I booked 5 days in advance and got notified that my appointment was booked. I had a screen shot with all the details. When I arrived I was told they don't have my appointment and I should never use the app as they are actually booked 2 to 3 weeks ahead. I asked if they could get me in on the next 1 to 2 hours as i was from out of town. Was told nothing they could do. Will never go back.
