C	CM C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been using this nail salon for just over a year. You definitely need to know who's doing your nails. In all I believe there is only three ladies in this salon who should be doing the solar nails. The owner, one of their younger staff members with the kiss tattoo, and the other petite lady that work there are the people to see. In my experience the other ladies should not be doing nails. Each time I've landed with one of these other women by chance I've ended up with the nail paint peeling, my nails being all different shapes, sizes, lengths and unevenness of the over all nail. They rush through the appointments, don't listen to direction, I've even been asked to change my nail color because the one lady didn't like the paint I wanted. This has gone on to the point where I've even had nail techs trade chairs to do my nails. To an extent my dissatisfaction is my own fault because I rarely have time to book with my preferred ladies, but that is no excuse. This salon needs to work on their overall level of service, and the people who cause them issues need to be addressed and work on their technical skills before doing more nails, OR they need to have a stronger staff member on while these women are in to oversee their quality of work. I have seen the good, bad, and ugly of this salon. Book with caution, and make sure when you have any issues with your nail quality you tell them right away.
R	Rhiannan Grenkow on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ when i entered i did have to wait a but but that’s expected since that’s normally what happens with nail salons when their busy. their employees were very nice and did a very good job on my acrylics. much better then some other places i’ve been. overall the crevice was good. and their prices were pretty good for what i got done. overall i’m super happy :)

I used to have issues at a previous salon with my nails always breaking off so quickly but Quincy does amazing work. She can freehand draw, does beautiful 3D acrylic flowers, and a topcoat to protect my nail color.

I've tried other nail places in Airdrie and they were not as thorough. Even as a walk in yesterday when they were very busy they still fit me in and did not rush my pedicure. I get my eyebrows done to from them. It's not only the cheapest place I've gone to for eyebrow waxing but also the most thorough. Give them a chance, you might like them.

They don't go quick to get you out the door, they make sure your nails look perfect. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this salon! I will never go anywhere else.

Today when I went for my fill, the young girl that works there did them. I was a little nervous but she absolutely killed it!! They look so good and for anyone going there, don’t worry she’ll take very good care of you
R	Rachel Girardin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother in law took me and my mom here for a pedicure on April 28 2022 and this was my moms FIRST experience having a pedicure (she’s embarrassed by her feet) and at first everything seemed to go well but about halfway through we noticed that the techs doing our pedicures seemed almost annoyed by us … (I’m not sure if that’s because we brought my 1 year old with us and she wasn’t “quiet”) my moms nails turned out great and she enjoyed herself. My mother in law and I get pedicures together almost monthly so we know good service when we get it, our designs were nothing like we asked for my mother in law wanted black dots on her toes and she had them redo the design. Me, I’m not so vocal and said my design was fine but it’s NOTHING like I asked for… I asked for white ZEBRA stripes on my toes and she gave me weird little white “dashes?” and to top it off we spent more time drying than being serviced ?? I can’t find out how to post a picture on here…
