★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They did a great job of my nails. The facility is clean. I am give them a 3 star because I had to wait over an hour before getting in as they had double booked. They did apologize and gave me $5 off. Just be aware when planning your day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here for a manicure and pedicure with my mom. We booked an appointment and we had to wait an hour past our appointment time to even be seated. The facility was very dirty and unorganized. The staff were very distracted with running between multiple customers and answering phones (keep in mind, glove changes or hand washing did not occur between customers). I understand that you have to answer phones and try to get as many customers in and out as quick as possible but this felt very excessive and was not a relaxing environment. My nail polish is already cracking just a day after my manicure and the top coat that was applied was very thick and bubbly (which is visible). I was very disappointed in this business because the other reviews looked great and they defiantly did not meet those expectations. I am not writing this review to bash this small business, as I know this is a very hard time to be running a business, but I feel that I have to say something so others would not have the same experience as my mom and I did.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in with an idea and a picture of what I wanted. Leeann (spelling) did an AMAZING job giving me exactly what I wanted. Even when I was hesitant and thought the color was too bright she brought out swatches and explained how it would look on my nails. I will absolutely be coming back to get my nails done by her. I wanted something very natural and I got it! Thank you so much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needed shellac polish taken off my nails. My nails (both toes and fingers) were weak and all broken from back to back shellac. The girl that helped me repeatedly asked if I wanted to put shellac back. Told her over and over I didn't want to do that yet because my nails needed time to heal and rejuvenate. She didn't introduce herself or ask for my name.. after taking polish off, she didn't even try to file the broken nails down. I know I got what I paid for but doing bare minimum doesn't get repeat business. I'm new to town and this salon is the closest to me; it was my first time here, and I don't think I'll be going back.
