The very first Regal Nails salon opened its doors in October 1997 inside of a Kmart in Brooklyn, OH. Additionally, that same month, the first Regal Nails inside of a Wal-Mart opened in Shreveport, LA after another vendor cancelled at the last minute. Regal Nails, LLC stepped up and had a salon open and operating for Wal-Mart, Inc within one day.

K	Keely Boisjoli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in to get my acrylic nails refilled with a friend. Seeing the posted price was $20 I thought I had lucked out! I had an older woman who told me to pick off of a board that would be $40, $40 still being a reasonable price I picked a colour that she didn't think she liked so I picked again. She then continued to grind my nails to the point of pain and having to pull away. They are all uneven, lumpy, and painful. She drilled underneath my nail taking all the natural nail I had be trying to grow out completely off. She threw my hands around like there was not a person attached to them. Took multiple phone calls and was just over all rude. Honestly these nails are trash and I would not have payed money, let alone $42 for them. This is the worst experience I have ever had.

I was asked if I wanted polish and yes it is summertime but they charged me an extra $25 each to get polish done. This is crazy. Stay way from Regal nails.

Typical place that tells you the extra charges after they’re done with the job. One of the women had the nerve to tell me that “nothing is for free”. I was not even asking for my money back, I was simply providing them feedback to stop lying to their customers. I’m more than willing to pay for a good set of nails when I’m aware of what I’m paying for. Please read all the negative comments below, I just had the same experience. They tell you one thing in the beginning, and they do a bunch of stuff and expect you to pay for it in the end. No transparency, not a good business practice. The staff was rude and ignorant, don’t go here girls! Boycott!
I	ILANA DEMPSEY on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very bad experience there. I had gel nails done and by the end of the first day they started looking really bad. As if there was air under the shelac that she put on top which I didn't ask for by the way. I tried going there to get it fixed but was informed that the lady went on holiday for a week and if someone else fixes my nails I would be charged. Now I have to wait a whole week with horrible nails. She was also very rough and my fingers still hurt so I'm not looking forward to going there to fix anything . Probably will not bother and go somewhere else. What a horrible place . I wish I read all the reviews before going there. No wonder tney are never busy . They also tell you one price and do more things and charge you for it. She literally started waxing my eyebrows without me agreeing to it . I was in shock! Stay clear from this place. If there was no star option I would give them 0.

Left plenty of my acrylics on and pain from previous. At the end she didn’t even dust off the residue she just put oil on my nails and then Slapped my hands when she finished

It was not a good experience and I won’t be back. It was filthy. Everything I saw and everywhere I looked it was dirty. I felt instantly uncomfortable. Pedicure was rushed and not the friendliest service.
S	Suzie Moore on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two days later the solar fill if lifting off two of my nails. Has fallen completely off the other. Glitter Nail gel is uneven. Messy on the sides of all nails. Glitter gel doesn't cover old clear gel. I asked for one thing and was told it wouldn't look good, so it wasn't done. Not one nail is the same length as the others. Don't plan on going back. Not worth the money. I left with gel all over my fingers not just my nails.
