★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in to renew my ID and was told that I need photo ID to get photo ID. When I asked how I can go about that, they told me there's no way. Two people there told me I would never be able to get any kind of photo ID and pawned me off to a voice-mail number. I went to a Registry in Calgary and not only did they renew my ID, it was a full 5 year one, not the 1 year one I initially got in airdrie. I hope these comments are read because at the Calgary Registry I felt like I was a person, at the airdrie one, I felt like an I was an inconvenience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The one girl today with blonde hair in a bun on the last till is a rude person who needs an attitude adjustment. She’s snappy to everyone including seniors who are getting confused at their paperwork - understandably you guys deal with a lot of guff from people but maybe drop the attitude. Also she told me that this registry charges $40 to put tickets through as a service charge. Corruption much?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lady working was very nice and patient, I was having a bad day and was probably a bit rude, she dealt with it very well. My issue is the owner charges an extra $6 to use a credit card, that's enough to warrant a 1 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This registry has the worst customer service, they actually appear to get pleasure out of not being helpful, if I could give negative stars I would. Every time I go in I experience my own frustrations but even worse I see others experiencing the same thing. Today was the worst though, I listened to a clerk be rude to a poor guy whose new truck was stolen and after the supervisor came over with a scowl on her face and stated a possible solution the clerk came back and said she was not willing to help him any further and to move to the next wicket. It absolutely amazes me that this kind of treatment of customers is acceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Renewed my registration online. Was charged a service fee for the "convenience". Was told to go to reception to pick it up and not have to wait in line. Went in, reception was closed. Line up out the door. I left. Went back the next day, she. Reception closed again! I had to wait in the line and was charged MORE for this "convenience". What a joke. I'll go elsewhere to give the government my money.

Every other business or company we have dealt with has never charged a "convenience fee" or added "credit card processing" on top of the quoted price. I would recommend they add it in to their pricing and I think more people would be happier.
