Tonight I placed a skip order and the 10 piece nuggets were missing. Mistakes happen!! I called and I do believe his name was Brandon answered and rectified it right away by sending me the missing items. Before I called McDonalds I gave the thumbs down on skip thinking that is how I get to chat with skip. Unfortunately I can't change it to a thumbs up for it being taken care of so quickly. So thank you for going above and beyond.

Horrible service. Can't even get a drive thru order correct when no one is in the drive thru. Order 2 kids meals and a McGriddle meal. Got kids meals no straws. And a $10 coffee because they forgot my food. How hard is it to look at a screen and make sure you have it all for the customer. Seems like a pretty simple job. This place has changed

They seem to get confused easily here, charged me for an order that wasn't mine. Cost about double. Took awhile to explain it to them. Finally figured it out. Rather then giving me my burger for the inconvenience, they still charged me for it. Good thing A&W and KFC are close.

Nice place. But it is still in covid stage being you have to buy food to eat in. Treated rudely. If they simply told us that we had to buy something to eat to dine in. I would have done that. No signs anywhere that tells you that. Will not visit there again.

Winner of the “Slowest Drive Thru in Southern Alberta” award. What a joke. 19 minutes for 2 orders of french fries and they didn’t even get that right! Wow. McDonald’s should be ashamed of this location.

Worst experience I've had at McDonald's so far, got two breakfast burritos and a coffee and they had to ask how much cream and sugar in my coffee six times, two times that the order screen and four times at the window. Then they didn't even get it right only found out about 10 minutes down the road out of Airdrie towards Calgary. Then I got home I was going to eat my burritos and they were so thin so I open it up in there was like six pieces of egg in a couple pieces of meat and that's it. The tortilla was so hard and cracking from sitting for 15 minutes in a warm car which doesn't make any sense. And she just rushed me through the drive-thru on top of that. If I could give 0 Stars I would $12 for a meal and I still have to cook my own food at home, what a disappointment

So I pull into the drive-through at 530am today. I order 2 sausage patties with cheese and I specifically ask the manager at the window, "Please make sure the cheese is NOT on the bottom of the container with the meat on top. She told me, I will make sure it doesn't happen. I get to work at 6am and open the container. Unreal. How hard is your job. Seriously. Cheese melted to the cardboard and I had to throw it out. Never going back to this location again.

Seriously the worst McDonald’s burger I’ve ever seen. A couple pieces of lettuce, a sliver of bacon, a few onions and condiments I didn’t want. Oh and my fries were half full and soggy. Keep up the great work McDonald’s
