β β β β β Worst DQ experience EVER! Ordered double mushroom burger, grilled chicken burger and order of onion rings. Mushroom burger tasted like mustard and was super soggy. Grilled chicken burger looked like it was heated in a microwave. No colourno flavor just rubbery texture. Buns were horrible and rings were greasy and medium rare. Stay away from this one.

β β β β β Had been a customer at this DQ for a number of years in the past decade. The restaurant has been really modernized in the timeline. It's always really clean where we eat unlike other restaurants such as McDonalds across the street from this location. Wouldn't completely give it a 5 star because of a number of ordering issues we've had at this location. Staff seem to screw up our order more often causing one of us not to get a meal, and often being charged for the missing items. Encourage the management to fix this before my next visit but overall good experience.

β β β β β How they can manage to mess up a 2 ingredient order just baffles me. Asked for a skor and reeses blizzard but got only Oreo and paid 14$ for 2 smalls. Won't be returning.

β β β β β Dairy Queen has been my favorite fast food restaurant since I was a kid so for 33yrs and it will always be. Where else can you get 2 grilled burgers for $5 because you cant even make them at home that cheap.

β β β β β This place always seems to have something wrong with it.
Some stories to share:
- Being given a large sundae that came about a cm above the rim of the bottom cup. Apparently they don't swirl up their sundaes.
- Being told today, that they aren't able to even scan the barcodes from their own Dairy Queen app, so I redeemed a coupon for absolutely nothing.
Do not go here, go to one of the other ones in Airdrie.

β β β β β We went through the drive thru for 5 blizzards and we received them but they didnt have enouph toppings. When we received the first one we sent it back for more toppings. And they returned it with barely a sprinkle more. They had so little toppings they were hard to identify the flavours, they were all icecream. So after we went back in to see if they could do anything about this issue and we were told that it was like this because it was well blended. And that she had put the correct ratio of toppings to icecream and therfore is was well made. And she refuses to remake them. Horrible experience,next time i will just drive to Market place. They make amazing blizzards there!

β β β β β After at least 20 visits, I have determined this review needs to be written.
First off, the staff is wonderful! They are friendly and efficient every time.
Unfortunately this location consistently shorts you HARD with portion sizes. You will pay a ton of money for ice cream and receive next-to-nothing every. time. Blizzards have no filling, Sundayβs and splits have no ice cream or toppings.. ever. You arenβt saving money if you are losing customers.

Not good at making treats.
Too little flavour in blizzard.
Not mixed well, even mixed second time still marbled with white ice cream and subtle flavour.
Burger is as exciting as coming off of grill by someone slapping it together.
Fries tasted good.
Maybe just a bad day.
The only person happy with a lively countenance was the young lady cleaning tables doing a wonderful job.
If I didn't like dq regular treats, I am uncertain as if I would return.
