★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Airdrie Menchie's is consistently good. The serving and dining areas are clean. The products are tasty and fresh. The parking lot is usually crowded but spots are available. The last time I was in, I watched the teenage staff give products away to their friends... a bit frustrating to witness but I couldn't find a way to connect to the store's manager online. Another customer confronted them directly but the staff shrugged it off and then giggled when she turned around. That was off putting. Regardless, we'll be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been coming here forever and then forgot about them for awhile. Love the plain vanilla with a little bit of chocolatey bar goodness in it. Daughter loves it here too. Glad we rediscovered. Support local folks!

The website says they close at 10 p.m. so I guess whoever was working tonight decided to go home an hour early. Won’t be coming back here. I would rather drive to Calgary to get better service and frozen yoghurt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in nobody was there for like 5 minutes, half of the ice cream machines were out of order. Owner was very rude and impatient worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. The card machine apparently wasn't working properly took my money and made me pay with cash and wouldn't give me a refund on my car even had the bank statements to prove it . The toppings were stale too . Definitely wouldn't recommend to anyone. I wouldn't even give it a star

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went today. Got here at 5 pm. Sign says open until 8 and so does google. Both doors locked and no one answered the phone. Drove in from Calgary so that was kind of a waste of gas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to love menchies but hadn't been there in a while. I went the other day for a treat, got 2 regular-sized servings and the total was nearly $19! I was gobsmacked. After retrying the product, I was also disappointed in the quality. It is nowhere near as good as it used to be and far too expensive! I will not be returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a wonderful place for varieties of frogurt (yogurt based flavoured icecreams) with lots of topping options like dry, fresh and liquid. They also have different bubble tea, smoothies, shakes. It is neat and clean with good sitting environment. Staff is well mannered. Must try once.
