★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my go-to liquor store. The staff are very friendly and I always get prompt service and a smile from them. Not the best bargains in Airdrie but sometimes the airmiles rewards offset the extra coupla bucks. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mostly overpriced liquor store with staff that need customer service training. Purchased a bottle of wine only to find out that it was off when I got home. I returned the bottle (with a thimble of wine missing) and was told that they could not honour an exchange without the original receipt. Seriously? This is not the first time that this has happened to me and every other liquor was happy to accept an exchange for a new bottle of wine. Being reliable and responsive to customers needs are the most important part of the service industry. I'm disappointed that this store does not empower their staff to meet their customer's needs.

they watched me like a hawk the whole time, and made me feel uncomfortable. They profiled me... Won't be returning to this facist overpriced dive of a freaking place!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer service here, this store is very racist and stereotypical. They hold their power to deny service very close over people’s head. They insinuate the worst of people, I even was told the girl in my vehicle looks very young and they wanted to see her ID … my 30 year old fiancé … we won’t ever be supporting this store again and we will be letting the community know about their actions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredibly rude manager at this location. Gail needs a customer service class or two and should make the profiling a little less obvious. Awfully convenient she needed to restock the shelves right beside me wherever I went. Will never be back to this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When the lovely lady at the register asked how I would like to pay and I responded with " VISA if I play[may]" she held her laugh. I don't mind being teased when I'm stupid, but, +10 for professional!
Would be dumb here again.
