In 1986, two young brothers opened a retail outlet at the Promenade Mall in Toronto, Canada. It was a modest effort: a small store with a great design and a strong concept that impressed one of Canada’s largest mall operators who wisely decided to take a chance on a new tenant with no track record. A concept was developed that consumers immediately loved, and a strong following pursued.
The name Yogen implies yogurt, of course, and Früz calls forth “frozen”, “fruit” and “fresh”, all of which play a part in the Yogen Früz concept.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could I'd give a 0 star.. Horrible service, extremely overpriced, not the best frozen yogurt. Employees (probably the owners) don't smile, look confused and really don't care about the yogen fruz experience. My daughter wanted to get a frozen yoghurt I told her to get the small and the owners that work there we’re not displaying the small cup. Instead displaying two large cups and ended up ripping my daughter off a few bucks deceiving her making her believe that the Regular size was the smallest size. I asked them why they were not displaying the small cup and they said to read the menu board... what kid will read the menu board? Adults don’t even read the menus boards they just order what’s in front of them. Don't waste your time with this slop..I don’t even think it’s genuine yogen fruz yogurt that they use it tastes completely different at that location.... don't forget to ask for napkins because they won't give you one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m obsessed with yogen fruz, but this location is not it. Tastes completely different from every other location. It’s more like ice cream than frozen yogurt. (I always get cheesecake) Super thick and not tasty at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The young ladies are so nice and helpful and kind and patient with the kids. I have 4 kids and I always come by and the young girl is so kind she pays attention to every detail my kids want and adds enough fruits like I ask her I love going to her. However the older workers are very impatient and rude. They never listen and do what they want and aren't ready to accommodate to your needs. If it wasn't for that nice girl I wouldn't even go there. Her customer service is excellent she makes great tasty yogurts you can taste the fruit and is very good and patient with the kids 5/5 just for her :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service ever! I paid for a topping and they lightly sprinkle it on...when you ask for more they tell you pay 50 cents more. At chinook you never have to even ask!! Won't be getting the frozen yogurt here again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whenever i go to crossiron mall, this is my first place to go and order taro bubble tea which is amazing. Yesterday also i ordered strawberry cheesecake and my husband ordered oreo cheesecake which was so delicious. I like their customer service as well.????????I will recommend to have their yogurt and bubble tea for sure.

I usually order through uber eats and they left a cute note and they even waited for my last order to get picked up since the driver was taking forever! Thanks for being so awesome and having quality frozen yogurt desserts!
