★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the third time I have tried to buy ice cream here and they have been closed before 7:30pm. Says they are open until 9pm. The last few times I went the customer service was not the greatest and the staff were rude. The one time the Owner was yelling at the staff and not even conversing while trying to check us out. Not to mention this is the most expensive marble slab I have ever been to !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On the website and Google the hours are listed as 11am-10pm. I arrived at 8pm and the lady was wiping down the counter and the door was locked. She waved us off. When we called she said they close at 8 not 10pm. She rushed out of the store and ran to her car. I guarantee this location is not supposed to close at 8pm

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was very good, I think it was the owner and he was very knowledgeable. It's a bit more expensive than DQ but only by a dollar or two. The ice cream is better quality. I could've used more toppings to mix in but it was good. The cones are alright not the best but alright. There are lots of gluten free options but make sure they clean the slab.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always felt good about going here, the staff is always very polite and friendly, a smile on their face, engaging, always a positive experience, everything is kept clean and organized, but I came to find that the tips that I was making sure to leave to show my appreciation... They don't receive it, any of it, not from the machine or the tip jar, that doesn't feel right to me, so I'm personally choosing to quench my icecream craving from a different source, I leave this review in hopes to bring awareness and maybe they will change it so the workers will receive their well deserve tips.

Went in there tonight with my husband and we just ended up leaving after we could get two scope of two different types of ice creams... she kept telling us we can only have a small section of ice cream even with two scopes! After the 5th time we explained that we did not want mix just scopes of the flavors in the buckets we just left. Terrible customer service. Don't recommend it and will never go back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Way too expensive. Ordered strawberry ice cream with raspberries and blueberries added. What I got was a very generic mediocre strawberry ice cream with a couple of frozen berries that had been thawed and were just gross. Husband got raspberry cheesecake ice cream that was just as disappointing. For the price being paid I expected fresh fruit at the very least. Definitely won't be back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wayyyy too costly for grocery store level ice cream. I was over changed on 2 tiny ice creams for my toddlers. I ordered a kids size 1/2 scoop it was maybe a few bites of ice cream and was charged $7 EACH. I tried to explain the charge was incorrect as I’ve been to other locations before and have never paid $7 for a HALF scoop kids size scoop before. It’s also almost $9 for 1 small scoop in a cup. This is not a family friendly or affordable place. I was charged $23 in total for 2 kids half scoops and 1 small scoop all in a cup. The ice cream was gas station level and we weren’t impressed. They were also blasting some irritating music that meant we weren’t able to enjoy our ice cream inside. It’s a shame their quality, service and prices were all way off. We won’t be returning.
