★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have always loved Edible Arrangements, ordered them in Texas all the time no problem. Ordered an arrangement from Country Hills in Calgary this time. Ordered two days ahead of time requested a 5:00 pm delivery date for the second day. Late in the afternoon of the second day I got a phone call saying if I didn’t pay an additional $10.49 delivery fee they would not guarantee my delivery for that day. Asked them why they did not call earlier in the day so we could go pick it up she had no answer.
I will never order from them again total blackmail to get extra money.
March 10, 2021: Martin from Edible Arrangements called me today to apologize for charging me a fee to ensure my delivery before 5:00 PM. He returned my fee greatly appreciated his call and his explanation on what happened. I will now order from them again. Thank you Martin.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fast and conscientious. However I chose delivery to surprise my mom for her birthday as I live in Europe. When I woke up I had a notification that the delivery had been made. I asked my dad. He said no he looked and readied it has been put on the wrong porch. And been sitting there for almost four hours. And to contact customer service is not easy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrangements are nice but didn’t have the greatest experience with delivery. Ordered an arrangement for my friends birthday, gave the company her phone number so they could give her a call if there was any issues with delivery and when they called her and she didn’t answer they let her know that they were going to leave the arrangement on the front step because it wasn’t too hot out. When she arrived home there wasn’t an arrangement on the steps. I called the store to inquire about this and had to leave a message and did not receive a call back at all. Luckily my friends arrangement just blew away in the wind (I ordered it with quite a few balloons) and a neighbour saved it and delivered it afterwards which is why I didn’t follow up during business hours the next day but I never should have had to follow up, I should have received a call back to my first phone message. I also don’t think the arrangements should be left on front steps, with the many porch bandits out there they need to be more proactive with their delivery approach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you guys so much! My Mom's birthday martini bouquet was a huge hit. The presentation was perfect and the fruit was so delicious. I absolutely recommend you. Also, a thank-you for the gift box tasters I received when I ordered. That was unexpected and very appreciated. Your customer service has been perfect with every interaction.

Had a friend come over and found the frozen fruit on the door step, was not eatable. Didn't even know it was delivered.
Thank my company and told them about the service. They called them to resend it and told me the next order will be on this date and between this and this time.
I looked outside very couple hours to find them there... Frozen again. It looked like terrible old fruit this time anyways.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered choclate dipped stawberries and chocolate cupcakes for wife's birthday and Valentine's day. Very nice and excellent quality produce she enjoyed it greatly. A good alternative to getting flowers all the time. Very nice selection of products and recommend as something different to the usual gift.
