My fiancee and I have been coming to this location for over 5 years. We love the staff; we are always greeted with a "hello" and a smile when entering. We've never had an issue with the quality of baked goods--everything is always fresh and tasty. The staff are always willing to help you out and are incredibly patient. This is our go-to bakery of choice because it is close to us and the experience is always positive. My favourite bread Cobb's makes is the Sourdough Flax loaf; it's always tasty and great for sandwiches. Best bets for delicious breads, teatimes/scones, breakfast pull-aparts and new mini flatbreads.

Love this local franchise in Coventry. The owners and staff are personable and kind. They are truly community based as they support many schools in the community, by donating 5% of your order to the school of your choice. They also donate gifts for school fundraisers. Last but not least, wholesome, well made yummy goodness to be had.

They used to have two types of chocolate scone, one was dryer than the other; last time I got some there was only one kind and was disappointing as well. People working there are kind and friendly. Love their grain loaf, just delicious. Everything is just so fresh. Gorgeous pastries and croissants; they're just missing some delicious Almond croissants :(

Friendly service. My husband loves raisin bread and this cobs have it freshly made daily - I’ve tried going to chestermere cobs and they only have it on the weekends.

Everytime I go into Cobs everyone is always very welcoming and helpful. They suggested I try the new half baked, bake at home sour dough buns and they were beyond delicious. So crispy outside and warm and tender inside. A must try!!!

I have been a loyal customer of this location for almost a decade. I have often come in to purchase almost everything from loaves to their sweet apple twist deserts to scones (which have shrunk over the years, while the price went up) Danishes, croissants and everything in between. With the shut downs due to the pandemic, I didn’t go as often as I used to but still would come in to purchase many items for a treat now and again. As mentioned I have been loyal to this location for almost a decade and have even dealt with the owner, Alex for school and hockey fundraisers and he was awesome. I have amassed a collection of stamp cards that I saved should I want to splurge on a nice hearty loaf. I went in to redeem one of the 2 cards with several other items I had and was immediately shut down by Yvonne who claimed she was the manager, and she would not take the card and if she were that she would lose money and that I now need the app in order to redeem anything, which I had recently downloaded but not enough points were accumulated. Having been overseas since August and coming back during this next wave of the pandemic I had not been anywhere let alone Cobs to know this program was phased out and that December 31 was the last day to use the stamp cards. In fact, I was told o go to another location because each franchise owner can set their own rules, too bad so sad. I let Yvonne know I had dealt with Alex on several occasions in the past and if she could make an exception as I was not even in the country and I didn’t even know the cards were phased out and it was less than 2 weeks since then. I had several items on the counter ready to purchase and she still said no and to go to another location because she will be losing money and if I came in so often I should have used them; again, I was overseas. I know what isn’t sold would be donated anyway, so I don't know how she would be losing money when any leftovers will not be sold and likely written off. So I left my purchases on the counter and I took her advice and I drove to the sage hill location which I do visit on occasion since my sister lives in the area and they happily gave my free loaf and accepted the stamp card, no questions asked and no hassles! I ended up buying about $40 worth of goodies, plus my free apricot loaf. I will now drive out of my way to the sage hill location. Losing a long time customer over a $5 loaf of bread is a shame. I will always support small business but it’s a two way streak too, treat your customers well and you will have a customer for life.
