★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place for music lessons. Teachers are patient, and friendly. Also very accommodating with my changing works hours. Had to change a few lessons date, and they made it worked with the time I needed. My daughter loves the recitals that they have twice a year. It's a motivational boost for my little one, and I get to experience her skills and see her progress.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having been coming to this location since January of 2019, I can say with a degree of certainty that the staff here and the subsequent service they provide are absolutely stellar! The teachers are all kind, patient, and are more than willing to work with you at your own pace, which has made my experience learning to play guitar with them an incredible one. I cannot speak highly enough of this location and the service they provide, A+ atmosphere, A+ staff and A+ service all contribute to making this place an excellent spot to learn music. I'll be coming here for years to come!

My kids age 8 & 10 have been in music lessons with RS Music for almost 2 years, love their instructors and style of teaching! We also love that they can be so accommodating with making up lessons since sports & other activities is part of our busy life! Highly recommend lessons here.

I have taken drum lessons here and my daughter takes piano lessons and the instructors and staff are very friendly. We both have loved our experiences at RS Music.

As a parent, the instructors are very informative after each session on how much they covered and my kids need to work on for the week. I really like the clear and constructive feedback that Sinclair provides. And am really impressed with how patient and engaging Caleb has been with teaching my 6 yr old.Aimee has been such a wonderful help in recommending classes, buying the right kind of instruments. She has never pushed anything on me (lessons or instructions) rather always guides and gives me various options to choose from and even suggests alternate options. Thank you R.S Music.

The teachers are patient and friendly and the overall learning experience has been awesome! My son enjoys the classes and is looking forward to learning another instrument in the future. The teachers are very flexible with our schedule and rescheduling missed classes is a breeze. Thanks RS for the positive learning experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow. I recently purchased a acoustic through RS music online and can say it was one of the best experiences dealing with a music store iv ever had . The guitar I ended up receiving was not the proper model ( factory box had all the proper details but was infact miss labeled by yamaha) I contacted RS music and got an email back almost immediately! (This never happens in my experience) I informed the shop of all the details and they immediately started to correct the issue and opened a line of communication that was kept open through the whole process. They were very quick to arrange return shipping ( I'm in ontario) and made the return very simple for me. One of the nicest part of this whole process was receiving phone calls from Paul keeping me informed and updated at every step !. I think it's worth mentioning that I purchased a fairly inexpensive guitar for kicking around the house BUT it's customer service like this that would give me 100% confidence if I was to make a higher end purchase in the future.

The teachers here are like family and very welcoming and know exactly what they need to do to get the most out of my daughter. She has really improved her skills in just a short time. We love RS Music !
