★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service ever seen, just went to pickup an order, because they couldnot prepare the order on time, asked a lady working there that how long it is going to take and she was very rude, and while wanted to complain about it one of the guys said you are not our boss, they need to know that "only because of customers they have the business", very rude and unprofessional service, will never come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the worst customer service experience from the Country Hills Blvd NE Calgary store and the call center at 7:30 PM tonight. Literally had the staff member at the store over the phone tell me he was not interested in customer service as he was to busy for me.
I had gone in person to this store to pick up pizzas for my daughters birthday party. Got home and when all the kids were all here opened the pizzas to eat to find that the pepperoni pizza that I ordered had vegetables on it. Since when does ordering a 'pepperoni pizza' include I want vegies on that.
Tried calling the order center to get them to deliver a replacement and they said they could not as that store was not my designated store and they had to transfer me to the store. Ridiculous! The store then says they have no way to do the delivery and I have to call the call center. Several calls and failed transfer attempts and an hour later I then find out that actually a supervisor could have done an override of the location issue. By this point we have had to find alternate food solutions for the kids and no longer need the pizza and just want a credit. Yet again they have to transfer me to the store to get the store to call in the credit. The gentleman at the store was not prepared to make that call and I insisted that he do so and I would be contacting the store owner tomorrow. He then said he would. I will be calling to check my account to see if that was followed through on.
Update Oct 7, 2019 - Panago customer service responded to my review and concerns today. They applied the credit for the original pizza plus some extra.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude and unresponsive customer service at this panago center in country hills, Calgary. The staff at this location doesn’t care anything about customer, and they want to trash them. They can’t even acknowledge and respond.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On Saturday, Dec. 7, I ordered the Plant-based Beyond Spicy Calabrese pizza. It was AMAZING! With it being plant based (no dairy), it did not upset my stomach + no animals harmed.
It had just the right amount of spice and tasted fantastic. This is my new go-to pizza!
Service was great too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointing when you show up at 12:15, their hours posted on the door, as well as their website say open until 1am, and they've locked the door and are cleaning in the back and refused to accept any new orders.
Gave my business to domino's instead at least they're reliable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Years ago, this used to be a good place to order pizza delivery. The last few times I ordered has been disappointing. It sends an auto email when your pizza on the way but has taken almost an hour to arrive after the text (I live less than ten minutes away). This time was the same and there was a hair in one of the 2 pizzas. I do like how they have plant based and gluten free (hence the two stars instead of just one). Unfortunately, no amount of coupons or free items would bring my business back. I will be ordering from other places moving forward.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a pizza take-out from this place and it was decent. There was enough quantity of all the toppings and the Shahi sauce gave it a good Indian taste. It was missing the spice though. Other than that, it was pretty alright.
We placed an order online and went to pick it up in 15-20 mins. Pizza was ready when we got there. Heard some negative reviews about the staff/service here but had no such negative experience.
