Domino's Pizza - Calgary

Teach your employees how to properly wear a mask. The guy making pizza dough had the mask below his mouth. I get it we all don't like wearing a mask, but I rather not come here and risk getting covid-19. Pizza here is fine, but the employees need to get it together.

Friendly service, and quick pick up service! Love their pizza crust, and pan pizza option; you don't feel bloated after eating their pizza, it's light and tasty!

Ordered online (who actually calls in to order a pizza nowadays honestly???), placed my order ahead of time so i could swing by and grab it on my way home. Food was ready when i got there and it is probably the best dominos pizza I’ve ever had. Delicious, fast, amazing price thanks to a coupon, and service was fine. All these reviewers saying customer service was awful needs to chill, people working here are kids and are probably in their first job, it’s just pizza sis, it isn’t that deep.

Extremely disappointed with the service. I ordered two pizzas and was told it would be delivered within 30-45 mins. I called an hour and a half later to check on things since it was taking so much longer, no one answered the phone and the pizza never arrived.

This location is the worst for customer service. I ordered a pizza and cheese sticks. The cheese sticks were sweet. When the called the store they asked me to pay for delivery even though it was their mistake. The pizza was not great either as it had burnt spots. I will never order from them again and will not recommend anyone to go there.

So I placed my order in the afternoon at 1:44 pm at this location. I reached there at the proposed time of 2:05. There was just one person in store making the pizzas and there was 5 people waiting outside for the pizza. our pizza was yet to be even started. After 20 minutes of wait we got our pizza with 1 topping completely missing from the pizza. Another employee came by that time and he was not even wearing any mask while handling food. In the end we got the topping just added on the top and same pizza reused. Horrible service and horrible employees.

Less than one star may be more appropriate for this location. The summary here is that the Customer Service is terrible. On multiple occasions I have submitted an online order, and have left my house when the online tracker says "ready for pickup". In each of those occasions, I have arrived 5-10 minutes past my pick up time, and found out that my order hasn't been started. Either due to someone forgetting to start it (an actual response I received) or it was very busy (with me being the only customer waiting). In these occasions, I have had to stand in the store for 10+ minutes while they start my order from scratch. Either the online tracker is completely inaccurate, or the staff is careless. Most recently, I came in to pick up my order (this time 15 minutes after the scheduled pick up and online confirmation to be safe), and was the only customer in the store. After being ignored by the staff for a minute or two, they took my name, and proceeded to continue working on other things. Unpacking and stacking boxes, using the computer, chatting to each other about other orders. After about 5 minutes I had to interrupt to remind them that I was there to pick up my order. One of the staff reached back to get my order that was sitting there the entire time, handed it to me and went back to their business. Again, I was the only person there, aside from the 2 staff. This wasn't during a dinner rush, or with multiple people waiting in line. Just me, standing there while the staff ignored me after taking my name, giving me the opportunity to watch them chat and prepare stacks and stacks of boxes. This was the last time I would visit this location. Between this event, and every other time I've been there, the common experience I've had is that the staff is rude and inattentive. I can understand mistakes on orders, those kinds of things happen, but awful customer service is the only reason I would avoid this location.

The most pathetic service i ever came across. I had ordered three pizzas out of which one was burnt and other had mushrooms when i had mentioned no mushrooms as i am allergic. When i contacted the store, Danny answered the phone and was rude and when i asked to speak to the manager, i was told that Mohd who is manager is very busy and can’t come to the phone.
