I just called to make an order and use our credit that was promised to us back in October. Our order had taken nearly 2 hrs and everything had arrived cold. We have two children under 3 and this was our dinner so we did not have the option to wait for them to resend everything out. That is why we were given the credit to begin with. Fast forward to today when I try to place my order. The β€œmanager” on the phone said he couldn’t find my credit and basically that he didn’t believe me. He mentioned that what I was saying did sound like something the manager who worked there back in October would say. He told me that the manager lady at the time of my October order was half way out the door and likely didn’t properly log my credit and because of this there was no proof and that all he can do is offer us 10% off… I’m super disappointed because it is not our fault that some manager who no longer works there didn’t properly log our credit. Frankly the customer service I just received was truly appalling. Hoping someone can reach out and resolve this because at this point we will not be going back which that is a shame because I work at an office on country hills Blvd and we use this location all the time. I did submit to the website and I havnt heard back.

Friday Jan 28 @04:30 pm we went to Boston pizza at country Hills location to celebrate my wife's birthday. There is a guy at the front checked our QR codes and when it comes to my wife who had her vaccination oversees, he refused to see the QR code or even the official vaccination certificate which shows cleary that my wife is fully vaccinated. He insisted to see the Arrive to Canada app. The app did not show any history and I did not keep any emails from last year regarding this. He started to tell me that I need to keep this email and keep asking for this email. So Canada as one of the biggest countries in the world accepted my wife's vaccination certificate and recognized it and allowed her to enter and live here and be part of this population but this "guy" did not accept the official certificate. Clearly, this "guy" has a lack of knowledge and experience. Moreover, he does not know how to treat or deal with people. Not sure if he is the owner or working there but clearly he is not the right person for this position. This guy is not a business credit he is an obstacle for success. To support my side, we went to other location and they accepted everything after double check the ID for my wife. Sincerely

I had my daughter's birthday dinner at this Country Hills location last night. There were 6 of us. We made reservations as it was Super Bowl and the day before Valentines day. We were greeted and seated quickly. I was actually surprised at how dead it was, considering it was 5pm. Thankfully we were seated in the private room. Once we got seated, everything went downhill from there. We sat there, waiting for a server to come by.. it was at least 15-20mins before anyone came by. My daughter had enough time to open 4 presents and play with them before Hannah came by to take our order. We all ordered a meal, but ordered a plate of nachos to start. We always order the same nachos.. "Cheese and chicken layered.. everything else on the side.. ".. we've had never had a problem with the nachos and how it's ordered.. but our server Hannah brought out.. our nachos.. and I advised that I asked for "Cheese and chicken layered, everything else on the side.. ".. she looked at it and said, "yes.. cheese and chicken layered, everything on the side.. " while staring at this plate of nachos with everything piled on top.. the only thing on the side was the sour cream and salsa.. the reason why I've always ordered it this way, is because I know what the kids will eat and what they won't. But.. prior to the nachos arriving.. Hannah brought out plates and cutlery for us.. she brought us 2 plates and 3 sets of cutlery... there are 6 of us.. we were the only ones in the room, thankfully and 2 tables 4 tables max in the dining room, which I believe that were being served by another waitress. So, I asked Hannah for 4 more plates and 3 more sets of cutlery.. we were never asked how are meal was, if we needed refills, etc. When this guy.. i think?. he was the manager?.. brought out a couple of dishes,..I asked if we could have some vinegar and 4 sauce containers to put the vinegar in, he gave me a nearly empty bottle of vinegar, but no container for the girls to dip their fries in.. so i had to go ask for some sauce cups to put the vinegar in, and after pouring enough vinegar to cover the bottle of 2 containers.. no more vinegar and i had to find a waitress to get another bottle. After everyone was nearly done their meal, our glasses were empty... kids were thirsty... I once again, had to go look for our waitress. She finally comes, we get our refills, we also asked for a 3 glasses of water, which she forgot.. so.. i had to go find her again. To make a long story short.. a meal that should of probably taken 1.5 hours.. took over 2.5 hours.. it was not busy at all, not even close, service was horrible - which reflected in the "tip" amount given, and what was given was even considered "generous". This is the first time that we've had service that was this horrific at this location. Thankfully we had the room to ourselves, there was 1 booth that was occupied outside the room, further down, so the girls kept themselves busy with playing the game heads up on the phone.

Was denied service because the waitress did not like my comment about having to be scanned to sit down and have a meal. Yes, I did show her my status then she required more proof! When I questioned that she decided that SHE did not want to serve me anymore and took it as an insult! This is our youth today! Can’t say anything to them without their precious feelings being hurt!

Clean space and the food was nice. Hannah was exceptional. Whenever I'm in Calgary, I'll try other options on the menu.

Had the order delivered. Absolutely no chicken in the Chicken tacos, Brute had very little meat in it and the articoke dip was funky tasting. No possible way would this have been exceptable if it was eaten in the restaurant.Makes you think that they see it is a delivery order and lets skimp on the order. By looking at the below reviews this restaurant has some issues that the owner/management really needs to address.

Came here two weeks ago when there was still Kids-Eat-Free in March. We ordered the Sunday special - big nachos for starter's price, along with a burger, chicken clubhouse sandwich, and a chicken mushroom and spinach alfredo. The kids ordered big kid bug-n-cheese and regular chicken fingers meal. The nacho was a hit. The burger was ok, nothing spectacular. The gravy was very flavourful and gave a nice touch to the mashed potatoes. The chicken club was delicious and was our favourite amongst the 3. The pasta could use more mushroom and spinach and the sauce was a little thick. As for the kids, they loved their meal, drinks, and dessert. We also ordered desserts. We loved the mint brownie but not too much the cheesecake (a bit too heavy after the bug meal). We all got leftovers to bring home. Our server was fabulous and provided great service. Overall, 3.5 stars for the food and 4 stars for the happy kids eat free and great service. Great promotion!
