After her incredibly rude and off-putting behavior, I decided to leave. Instead, now I'm gonna spend a few hundred dollars on ads letting ppl know to never waste their time here... I truly hope this woman was not the owner, disgusting and irreprehensible conduct.

No respect to customers, her volunteer worker and employees. Go somewhere else as there’s lots of other flowershops.
J	Julie Rose on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Go elsewhere, bad vibes and customer service. Won't serve you if you don't have your mask over your nose after freezing outside and can't see with your glasses but she can wear a plastic face shield without a mask. Poor business service. Won't go ever again.
L	Linda Izzo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called another florist on Centre Street (who i used to buy from for several years until they were taken over by new owners) and i called them for a rush order of 6 spray rose corsages for a bridal shower and they quoted me an outrageous price so i explained i just needed something small. She said for a bit lower price (not much lower) she could do a daisy or carnation and with a pin (not wrist bracelet). I then called Country Hills Flowers and spoke to owner Margie....well this woman was awesome. She went above and beyond to create something with the exact flowers and price i wanted (and with a wrist band to boot!)!!!!! Margie kept in constant contact with me confirming the order. All done with two days' notice!!! Thank you again Margie! I hope i spelled your name correctly!
P	Phillip Chhoa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 0 stars if I could. DO NOT BUY flowers from here, make sure you know about them and the price first. Got ripped off from this place unknowingly. For $60 all I got is two roses and a few other cheap flowers. If you go to Superstore or Sobeys you get much more value for less of a price. TOTAL SCAM
D	Divana Zelena on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The fact the reviews fluctuate should give buyers an idea of how Marge’s service is inconsistent. Last Fall I ordered a bouquet for a funeral, which she managed to put together. While I chose flowers she was snappy and snarky. I called last year to ask about bouquets for Mother’s Day and she said they only have pre-made options, with an attitude of “Sweetheart, if you want a custom bouquet made your SIL”. Today I called to ask if they have peonies. She said yes at $20 a stem. Hi was like…”uhhh how many fliers per stem? She said ONE. It opens up…I was so confused, asking “I usually buy 5 or 6 and I don’t remember paying that per stem…” “That’s okay Sweetheart…if you don’t want it that’s fine”. I said I’d swing by tomorrow to check it out and she answered “Okay Sweetheart , but I don’t know if we’ll have any left.” IMO Someone needs to tell this woman that saying “Sweetheart” to an adult is not endearing, it’s condescending. Secondly, we spoke a couple minutes before closing. Was she thinking they would all be sold over midnight or why then worry about being out of supply by morning? Lastly, IMO that attitude of “it’s not my problem” and “it doesn’t matter to me” is a real put off. It goes back to customer service - or lack thereof. IMO If you go there, just tell yourself you don’t care about service just about getting the product and getting out, hopefully with minima insult/offence in the process.

The flowers, were terribly disappointing for the price. Wow. I could have had someone go to the grocery store and pick up the same for $14.99. I wanted to treat my mom to a beautiful Mother’s Day bouquet, and got the scraps. Embarrassed to have sent this to my mom.
