Thanks to Customer Service team and especially to the Service Manager, Hooshmand, my concerns were dealt with to my satisfaction. In fact I didn’t want the job of that employee to be affected, I just wanted him to realize that customers give you business and deserve to be treated with respect. I am a loyal customer of Canadian tire for the past 20 years and will continue to be in future.
L	Lee Locilento on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean, large and in charge. This location has to be one of the best I've been to in Canada. Staff is great and knowledgeable. Product that appears online in stick is actually in stick unlike other stores in Ontario I've had the displeasure of visiting. Will be back again for sure!
K	Kinam Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for pick up two tires and asked for the installation service. The person on the desk said it will take 40-50 minutes to get it done. So I was waiting on the chair but no one told or called me that the installation is done for over two hours . How come no one is on the desk for and doesn't care of a customer who is waiting for the order done? I waited for two hours and half in the waiting room. Please work smart guys.

Then I dropped my car off on Friday and expecting to have it done on Sat. 1 hour after dropping my car off, someone from Canadian Tire told me the car won’t be done as they were off work an hour later so I left my car from Friday to Monday. The mechanic told me it will be done on Monday. On Monday Canadian Tire told me wrong parts were ordered and it may not be done on Monday. I asked why the wrong parts were ordered. All I received was things happen and literally it’s your problem. I used to go to this location a lot for my car but I’ll never go to this location. Not only inaccurate information is given but also they do not take responsibility for their own disorganization. Very disappointed at the server here.
a	anu varma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hate the curb side pickup service in Canadian Tire, country hills location Ordered an egg chair for a curbside pick up at 1 pm on May 04, 2022, reached the curb side pick up spot and called the # in signage, a lady picked up and asked all details and told us to wait there. She did not come after waiting for 10 minutes and i called back. She asked me to come to receiving area, we went to receiving area and called again. A lady and a guy turned up with item and literally me and my husband had to help them to get the item in the car. It did not fit in the car and when we were wondering what we need to do, guy turned his back and told us i have other things to do and closed the door. If he could have just waited for 5 more minutes and asked us if there is anything he can do to help us, i would call that customer service. We managed to bring the item home, however I am very disappointed with service and will never go for a curbside pick up here again.
L	Liam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be aware if you buy tires here and not have them install them they treat you kinda rudely and ask all kinds of questions. “Why don’t you have us install them?” Are you going to install them?” I understand that they probably want the shop time but as a paying customer it’s none of your business what I do with my parts. Sorry but I wouldn’t let them fill up my washer fluid let alone put tires on my car.

I asked one of the employee regarding sports equipment(guard) she kind of snapped at me she was like go talk to customer service. I mean it could have said in a nice way.
S	Shawn Cresswell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Canadian Tire is my go-to store for all my home needs. I live close to this particular location and it has been excellent every time I have been there. The staff is always really friendly and they are able to answer any question that I have, whether it's about a wrench or water filters. They even offer great deals on tires and car repair.
