★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Least consistent Wendy's in the city. The one place where it looks like ownership either promotes cheaping out or does not care. This was my spicy chicken burger my wife just brought home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used the drive through. The representative struggled to hear me. I had to turn off my engine and repeat myself 5 times before she could hear me. And then when I got to the window she had to ask for My drink order again. This is in addition to the almost 5 minutes I had to wait at that window before the order was ready.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Wendy’s in Calgary! Every time I think to give this location another chance, they fail! They get the order wrong EVERY single time! Small or large. Every time! I suggest everyone drive 4.8 km East or 3.7 km south to any other location to avoid the frustration!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'll get the one negative part out first: the register til wasn't showing or adding up what I had ordered on the front screen, which slightly annoyed me. That said, I ordered their limited time Korean BBQ cheese burger, and it was super delish with those unique onions and special spicy BBQ sauce. It is definitely a burger you don't want to just wolf down - you need to take your time to Saveur and enjoy every delicious bite! Also, the fries were somewhat better than I expected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to love Wendy’s before I moved to Calgary. I don’t know if it’s the problem with only this location or not, but the food quality here is not as good as I expected.
On top of that, something in my order is missing several times. Today, it was chicken sandwich without lettuce, tomato and sauce. Just chicken and buns!! Wasted my money again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor quality of customer service! Dealing with the manager was beyond unsatisfying, clearly by the end of our transaction she really should be in a management role. We ordered our food through the drive way, totaling 5 meals, we approximately live a 10 min drive. They completely missed a burger out of the order, now called first. Explained, upon getting home, requesting our order replaced and a refund of the meal, as we need to drive back. Not just throw a credit for our next visit, no WE came for 5 meals and PAID for 5 meals. Here's the best part, I wouldn't have gotten so upset had the lady not said "well it's just a burger " so she told us because we requested a refund on the meal, she would call back she needed approval. By the time she called back literally was a light away from the restaurant. Ended up just getting the burger replaced. Honestly though, you paid for something, slow down get the order correct double check. It's really frustrating, when anyone in a customer service roll says "well its only a burger "

I'm not sure if it's cleaning products or something else, but I've informed them multiple times and after more than a year, it continues to be a problem. Order a Coke from the drive through and decide for yourself, but I've done all I can and won't be ordering here anymore.
