★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time I come here the drive-through is horribly slow there's no sense of urgency. The other day there was one guy in front of me and no one behind us in the drive-through he ordered six wraps multiple coffees muffins and all I ordered was one coffee, instead of using logic they didn't tell the guy to pull ahead and just serve me my coffee takes 30 seconds they make me wait 7 to 8 minutes for this guy to get all of his stuff and it made me late for work. Like come on people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I started coming to this location when it opened not too long ago and they were incredible. Now; its hit or miss whether or not your order will even be correct. Most of the time I check before driving away but unfortunately for me I did not today. First they tried to hand me a drink that was definitely not mine. Then, after driving away and getting halfway out of the city I realized that the timbits I ordered were incorrect as well. Not sure what happened to their staff as of lately but doubt I'll come to this location again. I order and pay for what I want. Not what you feel like giving me. Do better.
